I have watched many movies with Nicole Kidman but the first time I understood that she carries a universe within was when I watched Dogville. She is capable of reaching into this universe, finding her spot in it and translating this for us into visible emotion. She can fill an empty stage with a world and our entire living rooms with the denseest atmosphere. Such beauty in the way Meryl Streep finds one word to describe how complex and unique Nicole Kidman's life long work is: love. I am glad she shares this with us all - it's a gift, for us.

They both give it all. Greatest Actress of all time was my one dog being a diva. Neither of these two are diva's, they have evolved and grown and become the best of the biz. Love them both. I'm also writing that actor Martin Short has never gotten an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award television special and won an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award and he's been acting in show business since the early 1980's and as of 2024 he's been show business for 45 years. maybe in the year 2025 it should finally be Martin Short's turn to finally get an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award television special and recieve an AFI Lifetime Achievement Award
