Printful is a good resource but I caution... it can be a rabbit hole. Be focused with your products or your algorithm will be garbage - especially if you do social media advertising. The canvas prints are nice but I'd stay away from framed prints which aren't mounted well. Also, t-shirts can be tricky. This category is competitive and saturated. It's difficult to stand out unless you have as many followers as Slew. Also, because of sizes and colors, men, women, kids versions you end up a ton of variations. Also, your success can easily be killed if you can't finance the upfront costs. So start small, grow your audience and followers and when you have thousands Printful can be a good resource.
I think it's very smart to repurpose your favorite characters/subjects in lucrative ways; might as well make great use of our muses! I'm certainly excited to have merch of my art in the future, Happy Holidays/New Year, and thanks for the valuable info SLEW💯💕

I’ve been practicing my artwork for a few years and I’m getting to the point where I think I’d really like to make money with it (obv a great idea). I’m having trouble getting started with the idea of making money. I dig the idea of using the video sponsor, and then there’s the idea of making a website and selling prints\originals. But I don’t have a social following or a RUclips channel. I don’t know how I would get customers. I don’t even know how common it is for people to buy art. Where are you making the most money? How could I start getting my artwork viewed? I need inspiration man I’m stuck in the mud!
Yeah I use Printful for my art it is so easy and amazing to use. They have really high quality stuff and it is so easy to use I have it on my Instagram page I think it is really good for any up and coming artists. Also I love the new version of this character haha. Keep it up man
When you tape the piece and cut away to paint the back ground, are you ever worried about creating cut marks on the piece or how do you avoid that? Just the proper amount of pressure or is there a trick?

I'm so glad I found your video. I was searching through RUclips for something that I would enjoy watching along the artistic line and realized I had not seen any videos pop up for quite a while. Of course, that has nothing to do with whether or not you are creating content but rather the algorithm has for some reason decided that I didn't get to see your new videos show up. Is the tracing paper that you use the same as the standard carbon paper from back in the day? I have a curiosity question about the sponsor, since the products are created at the point of purchase is this something that could be done on a small scale without any official online presence or store. For example, could a family decide that they want to have their family crest put on t-shirts or if an artist wants to have a copy of their digital art on a t-shirt or sweatshirt for themselves, would this service be good option? Yup. They print on sleeves, front and back too, but the costs add up. If you plan on mass marketing I'd keep it simple.
