Simon is absolutely the only reason to watch this channel.

Nah, they got a couple of really good ones, Simon just shines a bit brighter than the others because he's so darn lovable. In fact, there's only 1 What Culture writer I actively avoid. I won't name any names, but he's the kind of guy that trashes WWE every chance he gets while he would praise AEW or NJPW for farting on his dinner plate. He's also the kind of guy who goes out of his way to make unnecessary insults about legends like Kane and especially Triple H due to his personal opinion and bad 2nd hand information and still has the audacity to call himself a journalist. Like i said, i won't name anyone specifically because he's not here to defend himself but I'm willing to bet you can guess who I'm referring to if you've been using the website for a while tho. Outside of him, I think they got a pretty solid crew and honestly, he could be pretty good too if he'd leave his personal bias at home, stop with all the unnecessary cheap shots and quit writing like he thinks he's smarter than everyone else.
Totally agree, the others are so hard to watch except ginger dude with the glasses he seems alright
Back in the day I remember when Adam was here. Simon was here but wasn't really as popular. Adam was by far the most popular guy on whatculture. Then he left and Simon took off like a rocket. Golden up

...and the element of surprise, that's what kayfabe was for, before the mid 90s!
It kept the storylines entertaining, gave heat to the well defined then "heels" (bad guys) and cheers to the "faces" (good guys).
Now, it's few faces, lotsa antiheroes, and majority of heels, as fans nowadays flipflop so quick, if a wrestler doesn't go the way they (the fans) "feel" He/She should, and SocMed comments seem to have huge sway over promotion creatives. Imo 🤷
I like the idea of the Wyatt 6 being a force of balance. Not spending their time on matches and titles, but instead being the Judge, Jury, and Executioner of the WWE.
Who would they feud with anyways? The only faction that has enough people is judgement day
@nomaderic far fetched idea....when Malakai Black comes back. Maybe a WWE house of black? I think with HHH keeping all crazy ideas focused that would be a crazy feud. But a lot has to happen for that to ever be a thing. Until then, yeah the neutral force of madness could work
@@drvl7n I don't know about their contract situations, but two out of 3 have personal connections with the WWE, so why not just bring the entire House of Black to WWE.
The pop for Otis pushing Gable was great

Bron speeding around the ring to spear Kaiser was one of the best visuals ever seen on WWE. Part of it will eventually be part of a WWE intro package.
Simon is the only reason that me and so many others I know, still watch this channel.
Im so ready for this! Cheering for everyone in this new faction. Bo lost his brother, and Rowan lost two of his non blood brothers. I have faith they will do this right.

Liv Morgan is playing homewrecker so well it looks natural to her
That debut was next level for a wrestling show. It had such a feeling of dread and I loved it.
Going from a guy looking for his vest to a mass crime scene was a real escalation.
I honestly thought under this new HHH ERA they were going to tease Liv only wearing the vest as it was like a mini dress on her.
They could not have done that debut segment any better if they tried and it's truly touching how dedicated they are to keeping Bray's spirit and memory alive.
I also love how Bronson Reed went on twitter afterwards like "Hey Pierce, my opponent's for next week were murdered, does that mean I advance to MITB by default?"
However braun strowman also took to twitter saying he missed the attack because he was chasing out Judgement day so Bronson was wrong 😅 can't blame him though many people said that was Braun... as of now only Chad Gable is confirmed the other victims are pure speculations
the wyatt 6 looks like a band of serial killers rather than magical entities.. this would work for them

Almost 10min of that video was a guy ranting on how bad it was. Even bring up the production and camera angles. Like it was suppose to be a blockbuster movie. But kept on saying “I’m not the target audience”. I couldn’t watch the full thing cause of that. It was bad.
Seeing the Uncle Howdy and the crew was awesome and it made me cried. I had goosebumps watching it and Bray Wyatt would have been happy
This episode of RAW started with a Surprise and ended with a Surprise. It doesn't get an up it gets an Golden Up from me.
As someone who doesn't really like spooky supernatural stuff in wrestling, I was still absolutely glued to the screen for the Uncle Howdy stuff. It was so well done.

Howdy's introduction was the only segment I ever watched where I actually cried harder the second time watching it. This is what we needed as fans.

Crime Counter at the ready
There were Wyatt things all through the show. The symbol was painted on the structure behind Dawn and Fyre during their interview, and a white rabbit behind the red shoe on the shelf during Gable's last Promo.
I could have sworn that Simon accidentally called Bron Breakker, Bron Baker. If he did, that would be incredibly funny 😂.

Enjoyable show with some swerves. Loved seeing Seth back and Otis finally standing up to chad. Love how strowman and breakker are wrecking people. Love the Liv and Dom stuff and the slow burn down of the judgement day. And the final segment appropriately for the golden UP. The yeet in the bank will be fun too

When Howdy kinda tripped and stumbled, maybe on some cables I'm guessing, I had an oh no moment. Glad he recovered smoothly and quickly cause I was afraid of another ShockMaster like incident.

Simon Miller, I love how close I called this ups and downs I've been looking forward to this one all day. I predicted a high crime counter for the end and I predicted the golden up. What an ending to Raw!
The Wyatt Sick6 segment was just so cool, I love horror, and I love when traditionally non-horror media try to incorporate aspects of it, or try to tackle horror but a lot of times I feel like it falls short, especially in wrestling. Horror in wrestling is always hit or miss, and it's polarizing because I feel like it doesn't connect with a lot of people, plus it's not usually done very well. All that being said, I feel like this is the first time, in a long time, that wrestling has done horror correctly. All the new camera and backstage stuff WWE has been doing made this debut work so well, this could have been straight out of a horror film yet it didn't come off corny or childish, and I feel like if i wasn't completely desensitized to stuff like this it would have been legitimately scary. The masks, the blood, the bodies, I feel like there is a portion of the audience that were probably left sleeping with the light on after this debut, and as a horror nerd that is just the coolest shit ever to me 🖤 ❤ 🖤 ❤

Uncle Howdy & the Wyatt 6 made quite the impact it's gonna be fun going forward i know Bray was smiling from Above Seth returning was awesome should be interesting when he faces Priest for the title as for McIntyre quitting he'll be back maybe he'll be on Smackdown to go after Cm Punk

I really hope the Wyatt Sick6 turns out to be awesome and pays great homage to Bray. I hope it lasts a long time and gets better and better as it goes. I am happy to see Erik "big Red" Rowan back in a major company. He is fantastic! I feel bad for Erik and Bo Both. Erik had Brody and Bray 2 of his close friends pass and Bo having his Brother pass I cant imagine how that must be. I just dont want to see this get watered down or turned into some hokey bs. Bray was a genius and if thats what it took to get Bo out of the slump he was in, it is still terrible and not ever going to be less of a tragedy. However hopefully we see Bo become a huge star as well as the entire group. They all deserve more than the McMahon era that was crappy for them all.

I’m not really into the spooky Wookie stuff anymore like when I was a kid.
But I’m really happy to see Carrie on his brother’s legacy and I hope that Triple H and the rest of the higher-ups don’t take this and waste it.
Also, I don’t think that should be called the Wyatt family because the family stuff died when Bray Wyatt died maybe just call them “The 6”(sicks?) and only keep five members because the spirit of Bray Wyatt can be the sixth member.
An interesting thing I noticed which has to have been planned was that the spookers group had their big moment right as Jey Uso was making a big point of his celebration. It meant when they turned the lights out, everyone already had their cell phone lights on, so it created the firefly effect I'm sure they're hoping becomes a thing for these guys.

Honestly, anybody getting the win just by using their body as a pillow would be the most hilarious ending. 1. It makes the person look like a complete monster because they would have had to beat the absolute crap out of their opponent do so. 2. It builds the character as a badass but also as somebody that like to joke and have fun. It makes the character more rounded, and people always get behind well-rounded characters.
