I bought this watch based on this video two years ago, and I still wear it to this day and still plan too in the future, the battery life is more than perfect! it's still accurate to my liking, great cooking timer 😂 and still a very beautiful watch I know they have new watches out now but I never needed to buy them since this one was perfect and still functioning like new without a scratch for over two years of continously wearing it tracking all my steps and sleep but mainly my daily oven reminder 😂O__O

This thing is amazing and it's the First smartwatch that actually looks beautiful and you can wear it anywhere under all conditions. There are only 2 problems for me 1)NFC payments (a shame really) 2)the notifications need to be smoothed out - especially when compared to GW it seriously lacks in this aspect... Other than these 2 I'm in love with this watch and wouldn't trade it with anything else out there now.

Tic Watch IMO. This is rather limited considering the price. I've switched over from a two year old Samsung Galaxy Watch and other than SpO2 and more exercise routines the Gt2 Pro has, the Samsung is better. You can reply to messages, you can change notification sounds and ringtones. The Huawei you're limited to one. Yes, one and there's no support for replying to messages etc. It looks better than the Samsung though.
@@breathtakingblue Why on earth would you want to reply on messages? You don't have a phone for that? By the way, Huawei on Android can reply messages. My friend has Samsung Watch and I have Huawei GT... When we are cycling or just hiking and we turn on GPS his battery dies in a few hours. Useless.
@@TeoSluga Quick reply to messages would be very handy so you don't have to pull your phone out and unlock it etc. Maybe your phone's away in a backpack or something?

I don't even see a point of quick responding to anyone when you are out of office and having some free time... Also do mind that having a smart Wear OS watch (samsung, apple watch, etc): your battery would die even before you would want to reply with a message...
@@TeoSluga It's not about being out of office or not. You may want to send a simple "I'm here!" or "Thanks!" or "I'm coming" to someone you're messaging who isn't your coworker. Like a family member or friend? It's an extremely useful feature when it crops up anywhere, including emails and certainly quick texting replies.
I am convinced I will go for it, after considering the Samsung 3 which I also like a lot but the battery life and price are the tie breakers, thanks for your reviews, love them. Was hoping OnePlus would soon release their smart watch but it appears there is still a long way to go.
Great video, but having bought one last week (and loving it), you do NOT get 2 straps, at least in the UK. All the reviews say you do, but when I argued it with Huawei support they're adamant you only get either the grey leather or black fluoroelastomer, depending which version you buy. If you want different, you've got to buy 3rd party

I got one because Iam allergic to steal or Ali or plastic watches and the ceramic back and Titanium case and Leather strap are the best I could find no problem so far and it is an amazing watch

But one detail is the classic or tht one with the grey leather strap does not come with a spare silicone strap so you must have had it for review only. A bit gutted about that but bought a nice one off of amazon anyway so no worries. Cheers
Hello, after your different videos, I decided for the GT2 Pro. I am very satisfied with the watch. I just wonder if Huawei have analog watch faces with sweeping seconds (as opposed to the ticking quarts like seconds hand). I can't find one, I even want to buy it or them. For one or another reason I have not a full 100 sport exercises but no problem as I use it for running. I will keep on following you and watch your well and candid reviews.
Even America taking Google away in a poor attempt at stalling their success and controlling the market hasn't stopped me getting Huawei (always ways around it 👀) . Absolutely top notch products for a brilliant price compared to competitors, I loved my P20 Pro and GT2E watch and now got the P40 pro and GT2 pro, both absolutely amazing and can't fault either of them after 2 years. I'll continue to get Huawei, android integration out the box or not. Nothing on the market compares.
It's come full circle for me with the GT series.I had the GT2 and absolutely loved it but recently I got the GT3 se, everything was great except one major flaw and that was the heart-rate refused to rise above 153bpm no matter what I did or how hard I pushed so thinking it was maybe a faulty unit I changed it for the normal GT3 and the exact same thing happened with that so now I'm going for the GT2 pro because I loved the original GT2 ...Such a pity about the 3 though .
I looks soo bad . Earlier versions of Huawei watch used to look great . It has such a big bezel around the screen.i own an earlier versions is Huawei watch classic, and it looks amazing
As I look into this new watch specs I see the only upgrade from previous versions is actually storage. GT2 Pro has about 2GB of storage. That's about it. Still no Strava integration.
Titanium + Sapphire glass, Wireless charging, new and improved heart rate sensor, and all day automatically check your spo2, that alot of things to upgrade
@@drabdulwahabalnajjar not really. I own GT2e. Only titanium and sapphire are the upgrades. Also price is doubled. Mind that 2020 watches (from Huawei and Honor) will receive a new Harmony OS.

It sucks when compared to Ticwatch Pro 3. The Ticwatch can be used with apple & android and battery can last for 3-4 days at full use & 45days on low usage. It has a speaker & Mike & when compared to samsung and apple new watches perform well & even better in some aspects. I did my review on huawei gt2 pro and my choice was the Ticwatch Pro 3.
And when I wear it, everyone asumes I've nicked it 😂. Northen charm.

U get watch faces from huawei health app. Unfortunately, u cant install any 3rd party apps.

Have you checked out the sleep tracking? I have 2 different models of the Pro and the sleep tracking is really bad compared to all the other versions.
