- We got another chance to see the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Mich. Dodge's Tim Kuniskis took the Demon out on the M1 track to give us a true demonstration of how it's supposed to sound under full throttle. Turn your speakers up, folks. This is what the Demon scream sounds like.

Mopar was the first V8 to have a 1 HP per cu in back in 1956 with the 354 Hemi and now over 800hp with the 6.2 liter or 376 cu in Hemi and some wonder why Mopar is king :)

I agree for the body kit, hood and getting the same HP but you will never get the technology the demon has. The AC to cool down the engine, racing fuel pump tune with the press of a button, trans lock etc...

Deshaun Reynolds well seeing as its hard to hook up even 425 horsepower to a unprepared road surface..... you aren't gonna see full acceleration until its at a drag strip with slicks.
For example, my 69 charger when it was a pure bracket car would break 10.5 inch slicks loose on a highway at 50 mph. It was a naturally aspirated 440 with only around 660 horsepower.
