Thanks, Priit for bringing all this awesome content. I'm just a no stripe white belt, started in February, but using your concepts, my game has taken a quantum leap. It is amazing how much fun I'm having frustrating blue and purple belts with my turtle, Panda, Running man etc. From getting tapped 5 times in ten minutes, many rolls now I'm not getting tapped at all. I've stopped giving up free underhooks, and I can't believe how much more my top game has come along, knowing how to attack positions better... from a better understanding on how to defend. The fact that I'm 1/4 Estonian might also factor in as well, ha. You are a visionary. Thank you.
@Ashton Dalton I love how you two scammers have almost the same name. Lol. Ashton and Kashton. You guys run out of ideas for names or what? Take a hike. No one wants to break into someone’s Instagram. And if they do, they need to look at their life a bit. As do you scammers.
Ryan Hall talks about this in his triangle DVD. If you play closed guard bottom you always wants to break their posture with an angle, if you just break posture without angle you get stuck and can't do anything. When you play closed guard top and you tired or want to stall to breathe you can stack directly on top of them and, as long as they don't get an angle, you are safe.
Looking forward to your close guard instructionals. Your ideas are very good and I enjoy your perspective on zhoo-zitsu. I like how you are looking at the traditional positions and questioning them. I enjoy your thought processes and how you are deconstructing positions and movements, (ex) playing the extreme ranges in the closed guard, or not giving up the underhook from the bottom. I realized I always give underhooks. You are definitely making me rethink the way I am approaching zhoo-zitsu and cannot wait to apply more of these ideas.
I first saw Roger Gracie and Braulio do this stack pass. I was obsessed with this for a few weeks and tried it out with some success. The risk is that if you don't balance yourself, you'll get swept and end up bottom in a mount. Once your opponent knows it's coming, he will try to time it to off-balance you when you leave your base to stack him.
Big fan of your work Pritt. I've been working thee turtle, back and side control defence for the past few months and had some good success with it. Often in the BJJ globetrotter videos you've made reference to your armbar defence system. Will you be uploading any content on this subject, I'd love to see it. keep up the great work

As usual, a unique perspective validating some of the questions I've had but couldn't articulate.
Good stuff again.
Propping up on your toes and leaning away, I never thought about that … what a great idea. Definitely kills the bump sweep.
