Thanks Royce. My main goal is to show I much I enjoy what I do and encourage people to do the same. People can be too serious when doing what makes you happy is more important. I do still try to take the best photos I can though.

Hi Darrell We loved the photo with the fluffy clouds on. The tuft of grass really helped make the photo along with the fence line and path. It was a first class photo well worth you spending your time there. We remember being there for sunrise a few years ago when it was very windy and minus six at the car park. Not sure what the chill factor was when we were at the top but it was very cold. Thanks Jon and Sandra

Hello Darrell - I just found the video and wanted to say that the effort you put into your videos and photos really shows! Congratulations on that!
However, I am not a fan of mix and matching different photos or using artificial intelligence to create elements that weren't t there in the first place. It makes me feel like I would never get good photos myself "the natural way" . I mean, it might be ok if it was declared at the description of the image so that viewers would know how it was made.
A very interesting video and I really like your way of explaining and the videography!
    Thank you! Jasmine

So happy I've stumbled across this channel in my hunt for which mirrorless I should buy. I've watched quite a few over the last few weeks and I've got to say I really enjoyed the quality, pacing and format of your review, Darrell. You've got a new subscriber here!
As someone who mainly wants to focus on b&w landscape but also dabble into the astrophotography side of things, I'm convinced that the Z6ii is the ticket. My current camera is still a Nikon D300 and I am so excited to take a leap ten years into the future, technologically-speaking.
So thank you, sir, for making quality content and helping make my decision. I will put it to good use!
    Cheers

PS I think that implementing digital sky techniques is completely acceptable so long as it's transparent that that's the medium. There is room for both raw, unedited photos and photos that are re-imagined through the use of post editing software. We live in an amazing time for photography and the possibilities are nearly limitless. :)

Thanks Johnny. Glad you enjoy my content. I firmly believe the final image is what counts and some require a bit of help. I only use skies I have taken so they are all my images just combined in a creative way.

Nice video Darrell, nothing wrong with sky replacement but my favourite was the natural clear sky, really showed the crisp morning.

Once you can lock focus with the S class Z Glass the pic quality will knock your socks off. The color reproduction is outstanding on the Z6ii. Just got my 100-400mm and it’s phenomenal.

When you get to the car park follow the path up the hill. Very straight forward.

Hi, What kind of filter is the one you have on for the sunset ? Thanks

This is quite an old video. I can't remember using a filter, but it would have only have been a Lee ND grad. I now take a series of bracketed exposures and create an HDR.
