And it looks like you had a bit of difficulty with the molds. They are quite stiff with no flexibility like the silicone ones. So yes maybe a little cooking spray would help with loosing them. But the finished molded chocolates still looked good. You did your best. And with the mold maybe they would work better as a mold for a diy bathbomb or even a rice ball maker. 先に型のどちらかにチョコを流して固めておく。
固まったら、反対の型にチョコを流し込んで下側にする。
上側に固めた方のチョコを重ねて固めれば流れ出さずに上手くできますよ。
