Something with the aligning of the shafts isn't making sense, by the way it's shown in the video the rear yoke out of the transmission is in the horizontal position and so is the front yoke but before front shaft went in it was shown that the front yoke had to be vertical which would've put the pinch bolt vertical also but when in the machine front yoke is horizontal putting both shafts in the same position. It was said they have to be 180 degrees off, 180 is half a turn which is still the same position, was that supposed to be 90 off, if so that's not the way the video shows it going to gather.
Love the driveshaft, hate the bearing. Being a solid mount with no rubber to isolate it the bearing and driveline noise resonates through the floor and entire cage. Very annoying.
A bearing that is pressed , hold with snap ring and need to be serviced i will not use the retaining compound loctite, with that much it willl turn in hell to remove it ,even with all the heat of the sun .
I’m about to get a x3 is it normal for the drive shaft to squeak? Or could it be the bearing that’s making noise,
It's not necessarily normal, but there's several things that could be causing the noise. The bearing is a good place to start troubleshooting!
What light are mounts are those and for what length light bar?
rear fix yok has to be 180 with the front one even with the stock drive shaft???
Shouldn’t the fixed ears on the shaft be facing the same front and back?
They should be clocked 90 degrees of each other.
good video

I think you meant to say rotate 90 deg.

I watched this video but there wasn’t a part about the stock rear slip joint being seized up taking 2 weeks a torch and a sawzall to get off ??? Lmao
Some installs can certainly take longer than others when parts are seized!
