These remain the Jags best uniforms. The two toned helmet days were the peak of the absurdity, but their current ones are on the right track. Gold accents on the numbers would help.
Del Rio's best Jaguars team. They matched up well with the Steelers of this era. I remember Ike Taylor said he hated having to tackle/deal with Greg Jones. That guy was just a mountain of muscle at the FB position.

I was at this game when I was 12. Brutal weather and piercing cold with how windy it was. It was the only game my dad and I left early. I was disappointed to miss the almost comeback from the Steelers, but we were both unprepared to endure the weather that day.
Lastly, shoutout to former Jaguars center Brad Meester. He was a great player that probably would have at least made a few Pro Bowls if he played in a more high profile market, and on more competitive squads. Spent his entire career in Jacksonville.
Two physical games one in the regular season and the other in the Playoffs that saw Jacksonville take a big lead only for Pittsburgh to come back and then ended with Jacksonville winning.
As a long life Jaguars fan, most of all these players have retired from the league. David Garrard went 17-33, 197 yards for 3 touchdowns. Fred Taylor played a great game by rushing for 147 yards on 25 carries and a touchdown. The Steelers couldn't have designed a more Pittsburgh-perfect day for an important December home game. They whipped up everything a warm-weather opponent wouldn't want: snow, swirling winds, chilly temperatures and a marshy field. Somehow, the weatherproof Jacksonville Jaguars shrugged off the bad weather and the Steelers, too, in a stadium where no opponent had won in a year.
Crazy to think Mercedes Lewis from this Jags team is still playing in the NFL today, he might just play until father time catches up to him like Tom Brady

I absolutely hate same-place-finisher games👿👿👿👿. This game should've aired on FSN Florida (Jaguars) and FSN Pittsburgh (Steelers) it's devastating, disgusting, embarrassing and grotesque that this game happened in 2007. Same-place-finisher games should only be allowed to air on regional networks such as Bally sports, NBC sports regional networks, AT&T sportsnet. The NFL really needs to get rid of same-place-finisher games altogether or at the very least don't have them be nationally televised but have them be televised by regional networks
I love to see the steelers and their horrible fanbase lose. Big Ben is not a top 10 qb of all time and his owner the patriots are the true greatest franchise ever

Every duo that the jags had is underrated
Really underrated rivalry during the late 90s and 2000s. They were both very physical teams during this period
yea they had so many good games
even the 2010s also they had those great games in the late 2010s.

Jaguars seem to do well in Pittsburgh. Two wins in Pittsburgh during that 2007 season, and two wins in Pittsburgh in the 2017 season too
