People want stories and brand connection especially young consumers - combine that with customisation and natural ingredients and you are ticking boxes! Forget distribution and retail initially, push online push content and it will go somewhere. I know a girl who did just this in Italy with makeup using youtube as the platform, she now boasts the largest cosmetics brand from italy ...good job!
