@@dianasims6819 I grew up in NYC. We thought Rudy was great from the minute he became mayor in 1994. The city became a much better place to live and work. Crime went way down and businesses flooded in because it was a great place to be. He was easily the best mayor since the 1950s. Bloomberg was good also but Rudy was great.
@@dianasims6819 Not sure how old you are or how well you remember 9/11, but Giuliani did a terrific job maintaining order and holding NYC together after 9/11 and in effect holding the entire country together. He virtually became America's mayor.
