If so lets hear who and show the proof of their crime. And the public needs to know what it would take to determine if anyone is price gouging. If they require stores to prove they are not gouging the increased price for that regulation would be passed on to the public which would raise prices. Or if the government had to do the research to find gougers it would take a massive new department and cost billions to determine.

The law school is ranked 82nd out of 196 law schools, she took her bar exam and failed, she failed the exam, she never had any of her business, never had her own employees, ever. In 2017 to 2021she served in the California Senate, during those four years she worked on 164 pieces of legislation, not one of them ever became the law, her job approval was 8%. What makes it worse is that she is a liberal governing in a liberal State and she was still zero for 164, so, during four years she accomplished.........nothing.
As Vice President she has a record of the lowest approval rating ever in the history of this country 28%.

I would also like to add that the regular mortality rate each year for everything is 0.7%. Covid was indistinguishable from the background noise. If 1000 people got Covid, on average 7 of those people were going die in that year anyway.

And other than politicians themselves, I can't think of a group of people whose opinions I value less than celebrities. They're astronomically rich, live in gated communities with armed security, get the softball treatment when they get busted for something, and get their asses kissed wherever they go. What the hell do they know about getting killed by your monthly rent or struggling to afford groceries? At best, they have the same level of expertise as a regular working person. That's a thing that never gets brought up. A ton of jobs lost during the COVID lockdowns were those of people who owned small businesses. Now that those businesses were decimated, the former owners are working at Starbucks or something. But it all counts a "job" as just one singular fungible thing. The Left supposedly cares about reining in giant corporations, but the COVID lockdowns were a bonanza for them, and the Left was totally sleeping on it (with a few honorable exceptions like Glenn Greenwald).

CA Resident, 16+ yrs experience working with gov officials at various levels. Several months after she was elected CA AG here. There was staff turnover. The long standing Chief, Senior, Deputy AG's that had worked for the CA AG office for 15+ yrs. Resigned from the office. Because they did not want to sign off on her policies. When Kamala Harris was CA AG here. She and the Chief, Senior, Deputy AG's she hired, filed appeals for release dates of non violent offenders. Kept non violent offenders in prison to use them as slave labor to help the state fight (sometimes dangerous) wildfires. Until Judge's began to notice and ordered release dates. In the meantime, real (serious/violent) offenders kept doing what they do. As CA AG, Kamala Harris, and her staff refused to investigate both transnational & local human trafficking cases county DA's brought to her office. Her supporters like Governor Newsom have continued her policies. I could go on and on about how her policies have led to an increase in our overall crime rate, a homeless crisis, trailers and tents in our neighborhoods. But most of this information is public information and every voter can educate themselves. The race issue: I was born in the same country as her mother was. Her father was born in Jamaica. She is bi-racial, not (only) Black. But she plays the race card well.
