This General story is unique you can see he had a good heart from beginning but with no choice.

Many people find themselves in situations where choices are limited, or most choices are what you will not choose if you had an alternative. I think it is amazing when people find opportunities in adversity and then grow positively from that. I admire people that can do that and help those that struggle with it in the organisations we work with.

Just like you, Lois, he has taken the adversity he has faced in the past and turned it into a new future.

A very informative and literate interview. But there is only 1 concern here, I think your questions are unnecesarly Long and in some intances they turn to lose context. If you may consider shortening your questions and making them clear that would really be a brilliant way to conduct such interviews. We viewers sometimes lose patience and intrest when the Interviewer talks alot. Besides everything, GREAT conversation. Big Up Broo! Lots of Love

Thank you for the feedback. I have not been doing this for too long, so still learning. Always good to know where things can be improved.

Absolutely agree. Your critique is on point 100%. That being said, I still found the interview fascinating. Conciseness would not hurt though.

there is always something positive in any instance... Cant we have a 28 president? just on the part of nepotism and orderly way of doing things... PARADOX of humanity and the ideal description of "Misdirected energy"
