    Hi, This is a great demo. However am not able to find the video on how to connect the hubspot form with zoom webinar for registration confirmation.
    We use hubspot embed forms on the site and we would like to use the email control of the zoom. I would like to take the registrations from hubspot form for the zoom webinar.

    Did you end up doing a follow-up to this video? We use Zoom Webinars extensively, and syncing registration and attendance data to a CRM (currently considering HubSpot and another one) would be an improvement on our current system in several respects.

      Hi there! If you set up the integration the way we have in this video, you'll be able to get lists of registrations, and then attendees after the event. I hope this helps!

    Hi! Did you do this all with HubSpot marketing product? Great video!

    Great Video!!! How can one see the list of webinar participants in Hubspot?

      Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! You should be able to create an active list by creating an active contact list, scrolling down to Zoom in the filters, and then selecting either participants or attendees and adding in the webinar ID. I hope this helps!

    Does this integration have the option to remain anonymous to the attendees, and even so, can the company obtain contact information for marketing and sales?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад

      The webinar information from Zoom will still contain company information for whoever setup the webinar. You will get the contact's information synced with HubSpot's CRM.

    I believe you mentioned there was a workaround for this if you don't have a professional or enterprise account? Would there be another video that could show me how to set up something similar with a hub starter account? Thanks!

      @HubSpotHacks  2 года назад +1

      Hi Jill, we don't have a video on this yet but I would recommend building lists of people registered for the webinar and then using marketing emails to send them reminders and recordings of the event. I hope this helps!

    Does it work the same with Livestorm or ClickMeeting?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад

      Hi Angelika, it will likely not be exactly the same. Looking around there are definitely integrations available for Livestorm and ClickMeeting. Livestorm has direct connections to workflows so you may want to check that out here- app.hubspot.com/ecosystem/23525860/marketplace/apps/marketing/webinar/livestorm

    Instead of a webinar, how do I create a registration form for a Zoom "Meeting?" Is that possible?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  23 дня назад

      Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but you could try using the gmail or outlook calendar integration, and then connecting zoom instead to automatically create a zoom link for your meetings.
      I hope this helps!

    Is there a way to sync Zoom Meetings with Hubspot? I've installed Zoom as a connected app in HS, matched up HS and Zoom user, I've typed in the Zoom meeting id, and clicked the "sync" button. But I still don't see Zoom Meeting registrant's contact information showing up in HS under Contacts. Are you only able to bring over registrants info if you buy Zoom Webinars?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  3 месяца назад +1

      You would need Zoom Webinars in order to track registrants/attenedees. If you are just using a standard Zoom meeting and inviting contacts from the CRM, that would log as a Meeting activity under their contact record.

    Can this be done with webinars that run multiple times? For example if I have a webinar that runs twice a day 3 days a week how would I set up someone to register for a specific date or time?

      Hi, Savery! Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks. I found this Zoom article on schedule recurring webinars. I hope this helps! support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/216354763-Scheduling-a-recurring-webinar

    Since we create a landing page on HubSpot for people to register, does it mean that that's the link we should be promoting for people to sign up, instead of the Zoom register link?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад

      If you created a landing page to register then yes, you'd likely want them to sign up on that page. You would need to use the workflows to send that info to zoom though so they're registered over there since they'll get a unique link to watch the webinar. If you happen to use Go-To Meeting, you could actually sync your HS form with that platform more directly without the use of a workflow.

    6:25 What if we do want to use HubSpot in sending emails to the webinar participants? How can we do that in HubSpot?

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  Год назад

      Yes, you'll need to use a HubSpot workflow and trigger of the zoom registration to trigger an automated email

    Can you make a video / tutorial on how you navigate through reporting on the webinar? For example, how you see an overview of all those who attended the event in a Hubspot Report. Are you using properties in Hubspot or how do you navigate that with what Zoom does pass over? Thanks!

    • @HubSpotHacks
      @HubSpotHacks  2 года назад +1

      Hi Katherine, that would make a great video! In the meantime, we recommend creating lists where you can build a list of sign ups and a list of people that actually attended the webinar. When you start creating the contact list, there should be a zoom object you can filter by. Hope this helps!
