    Great video! As feedback, the background music is loud and useful for a long video like this. Some people need a concentration on your instruction and details. The second point is your Picture on screen. This picture hide some details like the save bottom when there is one. I think your beautiful voice is enough to get the important instruction without the need of this small video of you on the down right corner.

    Great video! Can I ask what tool you use to record these tutorial videos? In particular, the timer in your speaker frame is really cool! Thanks in advance for answering my question :)

      Hi! We record them using tools like Quicktime and Camtasia. Then edit them with Premiere Pro. Hope that it's useful. Thanks for watching!

    How can the goal be filling up form in lead nurturing ? The workflow starts at filling up form right? so the end goal should be different

      Hi there! If you want your user to fill out a different from, then it can be a goal. For example, a workflow can start with filling out a form to download an ebook, and the goal could be filling out a form to request a free quote. Hope that helps!
