Glad you're ok Rachel. I gained 3lbs this week because I had my birthday and a few celebration meals that weren't on plan. I'm fine with that because I had some lovely food and I spent time with family and friends. My son Matt took me out shopping on Monday, my actual birthday and we had wagamamas for lunch and then mexican for tea. I even had ice-cream and it was stunning. He hates shopping but he always spoils me on my birthday and he pays for everything. I am so lucky to have wonderful sons.
