What we should federally mandate is a cooling off period. You should have to wait 24-72 hours from the time you start the transaction and pass the background check before you can pick up your weapon. Only a few states have cooling off periods, but as a constitutional carry advocate I see no downside to them, and think, unlike arbitrary and easily abused “mental health” restrictions, a cooling off period is likely to save a lot of lives without infringing on constitutional rights or one’s ability to defend themselves. My questions are these: why did she stop to buy a drink and gas, if she were going to kill herself. She had told her friend just the day before that she needed help paying her car payment, because she was short because of paying divorce lawyer.

Where I live in Canada we had a case where the husband was being unfaithful to his wife. He wanted her "out of the way". So he blew up the house with her in it, and she died. Other houses were damaged by the blast. The police suspected he did it on purpose, but could not prove it for sure. So the guy carried on happily with his new girlfriend, BUT, as with all murderers he would have to face God's justice. In this case it happened sooner rather than later. Several months after he killed his wife, ( who apparently was a Christian) he was walking across the street at a busy intersection with his new girlfriend and a car struck and killed him. Never think you'll get away with murder because you cant hide from God ! If this scoundral of a " pastor" abused her and was unfaithful, he is still guilty before God. If he seems " happy" with his latest fling, dont be one bit surprised if God takes his life, or something terrible happens to him. God will not be mocked !

This case has not been fully investigated! It’s only been days! First of all she could have purchased that gun for protection since she was being abused, stalked and tired slashed. She said she was afraid for her life. Secondly she was being baked acted by her husband and discussed being forced to take illegal drugs. We also do not know for certain if she had been drugged when this happened, was anyone else with her. Where was her husband and mistress? We know that they were at the crime scene within hours of her death. Were they there before? Will he be held criminally liable for stalking, harassment that led to mental distress???!!! This is AI. The call was not made from her phone, hence the 911 operator couldn't locate her being in the park. JP Miller and new girlfriend carefully planned and forced all of it to look like a self deletion. They both seem to have been "out of town" when it happened. The girlfriend's husband's body was also found in water... just like Mica Miller.

If she did kill herself, she certainly made significant efforts to ensure the husband wouldn't be accused. Despite having previously told someone that if she ended up dead, it would be her husband. Seems if she wanted to strike back at the person who pushed to her this point, this would have been an opportunity to do that. Especially to not make that call. I'm remembering a recent news story where a mother was called by her daughter, and the daughter stated she'd been kidnapped. Um, except it wasn't her daughter. It was a creation of her voice via AI. In these weird times, we should question everything. Btw, this woman was so concerned about her family finding her (per the call), and yet she didn't feel the need to write a note or anything. With an explanation or just a goodbye? Seems strange. Like that call. And her smiling when purchasing the gun.

This case has not been fully investigated! It’s only been days! First of all she could have purchased that gun for protection since she was being abused, stalked and tired slashed. She said she was afraid for her life. Secondly she was being baked acted by her husband and discussed being forced to take illegal drugs. We also do not know for certain if she had been drugged when this happened, was anyone else with her. Where was her husband and mistress? We know that they were at the crime scene within hours of her death. Were they there before? Will he be held criminally liable for stalking, harassment that led to mental distress???!!! Please Law Enforcement do your job on this one! Thank you. God bless the family! ❤ I am so very sorry for this tragic and avoidable loss of this beautiful kind hearted young lady.😢❤
