I'm an atheist, but I love the idea that there's an afterlife and Eric has just been chilling in heaven for all these years and suddenly Ralph shows up and says, "Hey now!" Maybe they're continuing their duel in heaven. LOL RIP to the berry-faced jackass
I was listening today. The tribute is poignantly fitting. It brought me back to so many great moments of the show. I'll be listening all week for more memorable moments. To the entire Howard Stern and Ralph Cirella family, the dedicated listeners feel for you and are so sorry. Rest in Peace, Raplh.
i definitely had a soft spot for Howard when this happened. during that time last year, i had just recently lost a friend of mine and we had known each other for 14 years. empathy works wonders
I am so sorry for Howard's loss. I am honestly a Ralph fan, and will be forever thankful for his additions to this show, and how much joy he brought to my life through it.

Hearing this broke my heart. So sorry to hear. My condolences to his family and everyone on the show. Ralph was always one of my favorite members of the show. Such a talent. Thank you Ralph for all the laughs I’ve had already and will have going forward listening to you on the show. 😢😢😢😢RIP.
ralph gave my uncle Ricky a Cleveland steamer in the borgata parking lot back in 2018 . so I shared this news with him and he is absolutely devastated .
It’s cool to see the fans outpouring of love for Ralph . Dude was an integrel part of the show during the glory years . He and Howard always had a great rapport
Heartbreaking. Such a touching tribute. You could really hear the sincerity in Howard’s voice. I’m so sorry for this loss to all affected, especially his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
Listening to you talk about Ralph reminds me of my wife’s uncle Pete. He passed away a couple years ago during Covid. He was everything you said about Ralph. He was such a special person. I miss him punching me in the arm and saying “Jesus Christ those guns!” Miss you so much Petey. Sorry for your loss Howard. ❤
I haven't listened to Stern in a few years but I'm sad to hear about Ralph. I know many on the staff were frustrated by him over the years but the fans loved him. RIP Ralph.
Im sorry for the loss of your friend, Howard. My best friend passed away recently and tonight would have been his 56th birthday. I commemorated his life by sharing dinner and stories with his brothers. We had some laughs, lots of talk and even a few quiet moments where tears had to be wiped away. Having a best friend is a life luxury but losing one is a kick to the soul.
What??! Omg!😢 I loved the way Ralph trolled everyone on the show. It created a lot of entertainment just by getting under everyone's skin. RIP Ralph Cirella.
I am so VERY sorry. But so glad you found eachother, and had this wonderful, beautiful friendship . Tell everyone you love that you love them. Whenever you can. Life is so brief . Much love to all of you.
I loved when Ralph called in because he was the voice of reason. And I loved when he would get into it with people and he would laugh. I loved his chuckle. I have tears streaming down my face. Bye for now Ralph 😢
My biggest takeaway from listening for 25 years was that Ralph had genuine affection for all of the regular characters on the Show. Sure, he was one of the biggest ball-breakers of the bunch, but there was a subtle tenderness to his approach that was endearing and admirable. I always imagined him to be the kind of person I could be friends with, and I totally understand Howard's sense of loss. RIP Ralph! Hope you're critiquing all the white robes up there! BYE FOR NOW!
Havent listened to the show in over a decade, but this is definitely a shocker. I remember Ralph was one of the best shit stirrers on the show. He contributed so much. Rip Ralph.
