Thank you for sharing this! Very interesting and useful technique!
I love this, you demonstrated a great variety of ways to use masking fluid, and thank you for that soap trick! Watching your speed painting, I realized how much more I need to learn about shading and creating depth and dimension, like the way you defined the daisies and the layers of color underneath the foam in the ocean. I feel like that's an instinct that needs to be developed as to how to *see* what needs to be added, or can be added to create those amazing effects, by visualizing a result that is beyond my comprehension at this point. I'm not sure how well I'm verbalizing this, but if you have certain videos or sources that you can point me towards so that I can learn to develop that skill, I would appreciate any recommendations you can offer. I feel more comfortable copying someone step by step, and I am learning as I go along, but when I watch people paint like that I'm sort of in awe, because I feel like I just don't have that understanding yet.
Thanks for the awesome videos!
Yes, I totally get that. That's something I struggled with a lot in the beginning and for me, it just took time for it to come instinctively. I still paint things that go in the "toss pile" where my instinct fails me haha. I think a video on this subject would be a great idea and I will add it to my list. Thank you!
Thank you for showing different paintings,I think I will try the grass and the flowers☺
You’re welcome 😊
Thank you for sharing the different tutorials going to definitely try practicing some of the flowers you made.
Shades of blue and green are my favourite as well, a rich teal is pretty much the ultimate. Prussian blue just speaks to my 💙
I love Prussian blue so much!
I love this video. The exercises look like such fun and I want to try them!

This was very helpful.
I really like the beach one. What colours of blue did you use?
Thank you! French ultramarine, Prussian blue, cobalt deep green, and cerulean blue
Hi i used some making fluid before
But they damaged my paper do you think it because of the quality of the paper ?
Hi! It could be the paper quality, or if the paper is still wet under the masking fluid
