Billie Eilish was horrendous. Hated Emily Blunts hard top that didn’t fit, the straps kept moving around.
The straps looked starched stiff and were suspended above her shoulders. I have never seen this in a couture gown. Apparently they are termed "floating straps" but I think they just appear to be ill-fitting.
Wow, I had picked the 8 best dressed women from the night .. and they didn't show a single one of them!!

A radio talk show host mentioned some woman whose outfit took up the width of one and a half seats. Imagine how annoyed that guy was ! Nobody could blame him if he let loose with a few curse words after the broadcast left the air.
