Insane its 2019 and with so many rwd cars drifting and so much development and still in the finals are two 20year old nissans with a jz witch is 20+year old design and an ls witch is a 20+year old design. It also shows the level of driving these guys have achieved. So good. Insane

Skate_ Or_Die that was some bullshit he might have obliterated that clipping point but he still was right on forsburgs door the entire time on the chase, matching his angle. And on the lead he threw in some huge angle and was still able to find some distance from forsburg. He 100% should have won that matchup.

@@5ky_880 yes chelsea nailed that inner clip, but he matched Forsberg better in line angle and proximity. Not to mention how well he filled the zones in the lead, much more commitment and style. Forsberg was still a solid run, should honestly have gone OMT at the least

Nah Chris deserved the win. His lead was much more smooth, he didn't cut the last clip, and he filled all the zones a bit better than Denofa. Great battle
@Avon R catching a cone IS a deduction, aswell as twitchy movements, not filling the zones. I may not be a judge but I am very familiar with how they judge. Chris was much more smooth and ran a high 90s lead run, and Chelsea's was more exciting, he hit the wall and was snappy to angle, but wasnt as smooth and took out the last clip. Chris obvioulsy had a better follow therefore he wins

At first I thought the same thing. But forsberg was able tok throw the same angle at the end of turn 1 as denofa without smashing his bumper and did it again without the bumper smash at turn 2 and three outter clipping point. Chelsea stealing the clipping point I would say put him over.

Formula Drift listen to your fans or you're finished, if you want to judge like that go judge gymnastics, re-read your responses, the less exciting drive wins because the other driver clipped the clipping points, why aren't they called don't touch points?
Rogue Garage that’s the main point of the run yes style is part of it but it is mainly who hits the clipping zones, proximity, and who runs the best run overall on both lead and chase

The race between the purple mustang (Chelsea) and the blue 370z (Chris) at the end the crowd started chanting bullshit idk why the mustang hit the wall and the cone he hit 2 things during the race... The mustang did seem to have more power and did keep up with the 370 but hit objects and didn’t have clean runs although the 370 was underpowered compared to the mustang it seemed like the 370 driver knew his limits and how to make a clean run not just whip your car around a corner and hope for the best the biggest issue for me with the mustang was hitting obstacles and that’s why he didn’t win his runs were not clean simple.
Integrity chelsea had a decent tap with the wall and had not drag from it. And still sent it Chris shouldn’t have won because he was not as close to the wall and just ran it tightly. Chelsea was wide and tappin the walls and Chelsea was just as clean and hit the wall tap. I would of also yelled bullshit because it is.
Integrity 26:00 to 26:08 is not any different from Chelsea Denofa’s run.

FD just cause u don’t want to admit Chelsea won with proximity I agree about the comment about that last clip that wasn’t clean but denofa had more angle and followed better just doing what I feel is right denofa had that there is no question the judges favor forsberg
I do think its kind of unfair too but point deduction is a real thing, denofa's point deduction was caused by him going 2 wheel off course, point deduction affect the final result by alot because fd judging is not only proximity, its about following the line and angle too.
I’m saying that even with the deduction of points Chelsea’s chase run was cleaner and Chelsea had the angle and proximity to win forsbergs chase was low angle and decent proximity and he was also on a good line

James Deane and Dean Kearney's battle was bullshit. On DK's lead run it was clear James was at fault, just bs that he still won after that mistake
They both made mistakes soit went OMT. In the second battle the first was a double 0 and in second run James was apparently better. Sounds quite fair to me

Bullshit! DeNofa had that top16 battle. His lead run made up for his follow lap, but Forsberg only had average lead and follow.

FormulaD is favoritism. This one event should be a pretty apparent foreshadow of the bullshit oncoming.
Better n more technical tracks would make the sport more interesting, just look at japanese and european tracks, ofc there are fast tracks all over the world, but these drag race style tracks are fun for a few seasons at best, but get hella boring.

After the first 2 races i quit watching. Straight bullshit by the "judges". Field was running straight as chaser and wins but Denofa losing was the final straw
