Excellent, I've been talking about this for 10 years after 20+ years of research.

I’m 41 and during school shut downs in Louisiana we had two back to back devestating hurricanes. I ended up living in a camper with two young kids, 2 dogs, and a husband that works away for days at a time. I think I aged 20 yrs in a single year… I couldn’t even get out of bed, gained 41lbs, then suddenly become silently suicidal…. It was awful.
NOW that I’m in a mobile home, gone through marriage and personal therapy and on medication, I’ve started to fight to get myself back up to the best personal levels I can. Idk if that much stress can throw you into peri or menopause, but it felt that way.
I have always fought hair growth and weight gain as a teen. Diagnosed with PCOS etc. Later I had gastric bypass that helped temporarily (but I suspect hurt more in the long run).
I’m saving this upload to listen when I can take notes. Thanks for all of this info. I still feel in the dark, but at least I’m up and bumping into things instead of sitting, crying, and waiting for someone or something else to save me. This information is amazing and so are you ladies.
    Ty again.

Wow! I can totally relate to everything you said about aging so much in just one year. Glad to hear all the positive changes you have made. I wish you all the good feelings you can handle and still know we are living a human existence.

I don't like trying things that I don't no what they are. Herbs . I'm have allergies n I'm afraid to take this stuff. Why can't we just need eat foods to help adrenals?

I was thinking the same. These videos say what we need to hear (how to fix it not so much) but to remedy we are on our own. Least time I took Ashwaganda I had massive headaches. So if we take these things no one is gonna be there to monitor us. Even when you pay these holllistic people or functional medicine doctors they don’t care and it’s hard to get in touch with them. Worse off the amount of money you lose. Ideally they should be teaming up with your providers. They don’t. So we are screwed.
