Can you still rotate the spout? I tighten the bottom screw but it still rotates

Yeah it might rotate but it's not important. That tiny screw keeps the spout in place and I never touch it.

@@shadan345 I know everyone says putty can damage acrylic tubs but I haven't seen one. My current tub has been there for over 40 years, they used putty on the drain and when I replaced it, I couldn't see any damage.
