- This has to be the best ratatouille ever! Healthy healthy with tons of flavor and vegetables. I will definitely be making this again and soon!
I followed this recipe- except only used 1 eggplant and about 1 1/2 squash and zucchini!

Haven't seen the movie or tasted the dish but it looks like it may be a nice side for a thick New York steak cooked in a hot cast iron skillet in butter. Good channel.

Margo, the "soup" has also been seen as a cold first course!! I know, COLD? Thats wten I first noticed it used that way. I wud let it stay a day before eating. Don't forget, it's not as thin as soup is! Good luck
That is totally different than mine. Mine is more soupy with veggies larger than this. I use a bay leaf also, and it can be served as a soup! Happy eating! Lol
I haven't found a recipe where its like a soup, but that sounds amazing!
Sharon Rybak ... ratatouille is a thick vegetable stew ... NOT a soup ... it is serve hot or cold ...
@@TSymington how thick are we talking? It's not thick like catsup, but not soup like. That's why I said not soupy (like water)

I have never tried that. This dish pureed would still have a great flavor in my opinion. It is worth a shot! Thank you for watching!
