Great job. Back in 60's playground ball, we called this ELM, inside receiver would run to the elm tree and cut out. Worked every time

X’s and 0’s for the people thank you!!! I think the X’s and O’s intro should revert back to the “welcome to the QB show… 💥 BOOSHHHHHQQQZZZZ 💥”

JT. Would you look into doing a video on UTs WR coach, Brennan Marion's GO-GO offense!!!

14:15 shanahan teaches it as the guy off the ball always runs the arrow and they have 2 type of arrow routes (arrow outside the corner/basic and arrow inside the corner/basic)

I don't know. Will say, most coaches shy away from always tendencies.

@@TheQBSchool its just my theory but they don't tag who has it and every diagram of bow from 2018 has the off ball guy running the arrow and all of the tape ive watched backs that up. McVay has similar thing too from what I've seen of off film

Hey JTO, another awesome video! How do you get access to all that play art?

Would you read the smash as 1 progression. Because in high school the only player who cancover number two one a corner is the corner, I would read that as smash either/ or as #1in progression... if the corner squats I would throw the corner if he melts I would throw the arrow or whip. If the corner squats and the safety is on top on number two with the Sam or nickle buzzing under the corner I would move on to the deep cross or what we call a dig route as #2 and if that's covered I would throw the whip.

Thumbs Out looks like it could be used almost as a fake mesh with the defense thinking X and H are gonna cross with Y sitting over the ball. Just a thought

We call the arrow route a whip by two and a squirrel by one.

Which teams use this concept most? Or is it standard in most systems?

JT, love your stuff man. Random question, I run a single wing style offense it’s a combination of stuff from Rick Darlington and a guy named Tim Murphy. It’s obviously a very run heavy world. Our first season in the offense we took a team that had scored 197 points in 8 games (four years prior it we inherited a team that scored 45 points in 9 games) to a team that scored 477 points in 11 games. Our running game was extremely explosive setting school records for individual and team rushing totals. Our passing game was explosive but we lacked a true QB. This year we will have a guy that is a true QB. I came from a spread style system and we have some versatile kids and are looking to just add a nice quick game along with a screen game to our rushing attack. The idea is we can use versatile players to get into simple 11 personnel stuff, and have some simple concepts that work against man and zone. Could you point me in the direction of maybe your favorite concepts for 2-3 WR that start with hitches? Currently we are thinking: Slant, Wheel. Slant, Arrow. Double Slant. Potentially mesh (our base is shotgun double TE, single wing) I like the idea of maybe Bow/Smash where number two would run either the corner or the basic based on middle of the field open or closed.

@TheQBSchool You say the QB starts his read away from the bow concept in most playbooks. What are some situations when you have your QB read the bow concept first?
