TCS: Jabba's Palace - 2x Special Presses

Special Presses:
1 - Build the platform outside of the palace
2 - Build the bounty hunter panel
Challenge Notes: This is the Special Button Challenge. The goal of this challenge is to beat the game while pressing the "Special Button" as few times as possible. Beating Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga requires you to beat the final level in all 6 episodes by any means possible.
The special button serves many functions. It is a general "Use" button
