Hiking Mauritius - Gris Gris and Bel Ombre

The arrival was by car from valley of the 23 colors to Gris Gris to explore the surge of the steep coast there. Then by car to the public beach of Bel Ombre for a wonderful beach walk behind the Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort and back again over the south-eastern tip of the beach to the car park. On the way back to Riviere Noire, there was an intermediate stop at the Macondé viewpoint and in the village of Le Morne Brabant to enjoy the impressive coastal lane.
