Carl was a bad azz! Entertaining and enlightening with a little analysis for total coverage. I bet these guys didn’t play speed chess to determine the world championship when there were several draws previously.I HATE this method of determining the champion.Sorry I digress. It’s my pet peeve. Can you see Fischer or Capablanca or Alekhine etal playing blitz to determine the winner? No, me either. Thanks, as usual Mato, for an enjoyable diversion from every day life. And your choice of classical chess games is impeccable as always.
Maybe you missed something in analysis at 4:15 after BxBg7 then white attacks Knight and Bishop at same file with Rg2. 1.if Rd6 protecting knight then white doubles the rooks ,and black must give one piece Knight or Bishop. If after doubling rooks Bd4 attack rook, then Rook takes knight ,BxRg1-RxRd6-cxd6-Kxg1. 2.if Bxb2-Rb1 and again one piece is lost
If 19.Re2 Bxc3 20.Rxe2 Bxg7 21.Rg2 Rd6 22.Rag1 is about equal, but black has better: 21...Bxb2 22.Rb1 Nh4 hitting the Rg2 and black is better, as Mato stated after he stopped analysis of this line at move 20. Visualizing these moves thru move 22 was a good exercise, and challenging. So Mato was right.
The Schlechter series has been wonderful entertainment. Thanks, Mato.
When Mato warns you against a tiny downside you know it is always a checkmate threat.
danke Mato, liebe grüsse
Great as usual

At 4:17, White can play Rg2, double attacking knight and bishop, and White is better
Then Rd6
@@dr.sheebadivakaran2533 Ah yes you are right
