Making a staccato with Trijicon sro / rmr hd fit a safariland als/sls holster.

Hello. Going over disassembly, modification’s and re assembly of a safariland 6360RDS- ALS/SLS level 3 retention holster. This is for it to accept a Trijicon rmrhd or Trijicon sro.

Looking to see which Safariland holster I can do this to for my G22 Gen 3/4 .40 S&W with a TLR-7. Just so many options.

They just updated the staccato ones to fit them from the factory and releases an xc one.

That’s good. I still will check them out for future setups but I just would rather modify what I have now for instant gratification.

Diy will always be the short term option and often works. Until it does not. The ALS arm, and the plastic core does not take well to be Dremeled. Depending on the use. It’s only a matter of time until a failure.

@@o329o thats a very fast way for a visit from the legal dept at safariland. Belive it or not they track this stuff very very closely. The ALS itself still has quite a few active patents… ask me how i know 😉 just be careful.

@@o329o this unit you have in your video is the newest version of the ALS for the 2011/1911 line with more to follow. I would strongly recommend you not copy it. There is a reason much larger companies have not attempted this. Just a head up.

@@o329o I’d gladly do that but the ALS is literally broken in pieces I drilled it down to fit but snapped when I tried installing it

@@o329ono worries. You would think SL would have info on any of their products by now about the RMR HD and RCR fitment but of course they don’t
