Many games should take a note from Riot Games.. They specific mentioned that streamsniping to cause harm to the streamers gameplay is a bannable offense (queue sniping is completly fine as it doesnt give the "sniper" any advantages than knowning the streamer is in game).

Overall, LVNDMARK does pretty good in hiding and moving. Ironically, I’ve learned from this stream sniper on LVNDMARK how many annoying angles there are from Stronghold. Jeeze, that’s a dangerous place to be around.
My only counterpoint is that I alt-tab to third party maps all the time cuz I can't break free of using them as a crutch, and I'd probably look sus. I should probably stop using them though cuz I have 8.5k hours and know the maps, but that's another story 💀

green is the opposite color to red. just like your eyes, cameras have to adjust to what they're seeing, and his red shirt probably helped make everything appear so red. his computer screen is just really bright. Try this, stare at something green for 30 seconds, then look at something white. you will see the shape of whatever green thing you were looking at, but it will be red. definitely a stream sniper though lmao

He was getting the reflection from his OBS/Streamlabs from his secound monitor. He also alt+tabs using his gaming monitor so he can peak mid fights.

Yes it is cheating, but its something that comes hand in hand with being a good player that streams, there will always be lesser players that cheat in this way
Probably stream sniping but seems pretty mechanically terrible at the game and whiffed hard on an easy ambush in the first engagement so definitely doesn't have any aim assistance. Also Tarkov dev paints him as a very average player

I don't believe he is stream sniping as much as I believe he is just cheating and using radar. How would he know he was in the raid with Lvndmark unless he was using ESP to see names? He went straight to using within a couple of seconds into the raid.

I will be the first to admit I am not good at Tarkov, but Landmark isn't cheating. It's 1000's of hours playing the same game and maps, with the same weapons and mechanics, over and over again for years.

Edit: I just made it to 30:00 in the video, he checks where he is and then positions to look further left (where landmark is 100%) who would hold this peak from the stair case for 3mins straight without looking and checking around unless you were tunnel visioned on a stream snipe so hard
My thing is if they guy is stream sniping why would he face go red from green (his nvg view) landmark is using white thermals/nvg's. My guess is its just some type of reactive/radiating RGB
if youre afraid of stream sniping, just put it on a 60 second delay. landmark died getting desynched like he never played tarkov before, that was shit game play

Also it is still fairly easy to stream snipe with a 60 sec delay. If it needs to work, then it needs to be a couple of minutes of delay at least.

Not only is stream sniping not cheating it should be actively encouraged and done regularly.
Idk if stream snipers should be considered "not legit" it's the streamers own choice to give their position away to thousands of ppl. You can also have a mad delay to prevent it. Unless he was also hacking then I'd say it's fair game. Especially in tarkov where half of the player base is actually cheating
If they don't want to be followed on their stream in-game, don't stream ! is that so difficult ? Stream sniping is a risk wich comes with streaming. That's it, how could you restrict that ?
And that's not cheating, it's just using tools that are put in place naturally. However, it isn't good if you stream your stream-sniping, as it promote it. It can also be part of some sort of harrassment technique, wich is obviously not good for the victim.

my brother VBS, love your content but I have to disagree on this one with you. in my book stream sniping is as much cheating as looking at interactive map or ammo chart, streams are publicly available you know. streamers have necessary tools to avoid such situations, such as stream delay or 'end stream' button. imho cheating means using prohibited tools to screw with game's code in unintended way. using publicly available information without installing 3rd party software is not cheating. anyways keep up the good work u'r my favourite tarkov cc by far xoxo

The people comparing stream sniping to having walls needs to take their meds. Knowing where 1 person is not the same of knowing entire lobby. The streamer should also know to delay stream or cover when selecting map. Its "cheating" yes. But not comparable to having cheat menu

Streaming Sniping while being Aweful is not cheating as it can easly being avoid by the streamer. make a 1-3 min delay and it will not happpen again.

Overall such delay is annoying for both streamer and viewer, depends how "big" you are, so you might be fine with it, but as smaller streamer thats bassicly shooting your foot ^^.
+ it's one of forms of cheating, you use knowledge, which you wouldn't have if you wouldn't stream snipe, aka using 3rd party software to gain it.

green is the opposite color to red. just like your eyes, cameras have to adjust to what they're seeing, and his red shirt probably helped make everything appear so red. his computer screen is just really bright. Try this, stare at something green for 30 seconds, then look at something white. you will see the shape of whatever green thing you were looking at, but it will be red. definitely a stream sniper though lmao
