I hate it when people shape boards outside. All the foam dust goes right into the environment. Pollution is pollution.
Yep, also had this WTF moment
So you think when it goes to the landfill, it's doesn't go to the environment? Have you ever been near a surfboard being shaped? HAHA... educate yourself.
I have shaped 8 boards and I have been in many shaping rooms and glassing facilities. Yes all the foam dust and other board building debris goes into a landfill. But at least it is contained and over many years it will break down. Surf board shaping is a very toxic process. Shaping outside the stuff goes all over the local environment and into the creeks, blown in the wind.etc.(These guys are right next to a jungle.) It is better to stronger boards that last longer and own fewer boards.
Yeah you maybe have a point on that one, but to shape the board outside was matching the style of this video incredibly good. And I'm sure the nature can tanke a few outside shaped boards with almost no effect. lot of other things like our platic waste is more the real problem for nature.
@@etherealprodigyNo lame,at a landfill. it goes to a proper place designated for Pollution so as to be away from your food and water supply .
