Most people who rent don't count their time and effort needed just to make a tiny return on their massive investment. For example, you invest $599,000 to buy a second home and rent it out for $3000 a month. Let assume you are cash flow positive on the property and you make $1000 a month or $12,000 a year. What would your annualized return be? 2 percent on the entire amount. Now, you can argue that your return is much higher since you only put down $120,000 on the property. Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VRI TOKEN* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

I think you literally just saved my life Leo, I’ve been struggling to find a way out. I’m currently an N.A waiting to get certified because of covid and stuff but I support myself and my grandma. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. The concept you are explaining is 100% valid. But you didn't mention how to bring traffic to sell anything. And this is the most important part, because if you start with zero money you can't do it. Paid traffic costs a lot and erodes your profit margins especially if you sell cheap stuff. Organic traffic involves your time and even money. Most of the people don't understand this concept because they don't have enough perspective in the business.

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. However (and respectfully), I feel it would have been helpful to include in this video the fact that Etsy charges fees for listing, selling, and shipping items. Additionally, Printify also charges for the items they print and ship, so how much profit is one left with after each sale? I know it depends on what you sell, but an example would have been great.There's also the cost of online ads to draw audiences to your store/products, unless you just want to leave it to chance that somebody would "happen" to find your listing your and buy. I suppose using certain keywords in your listing would help, but it's still kind of "rolling the dice" to see what happens. And when you pointed out the number of sales the seller has made - is that for just the one product listed or is that the total number of sales overall? Could that number represent the total number of various items that the seller has sold? Not saying that this is a bad idea, but as I started looking into doing this, these and other questions not covered in this video popped up and so therefore, I think maybe another video explaining how this TRULy works would be beneficial. I just discovered this video, and I'll look to see, but you mentioned you might document the process in another video. Hopefully you did and that it would cover ALL aspects of starting up this type of business. Again, not hating, but asking (what I feel to be) legitimate questions.

Different models and parameters are used by different industries but VermontCorpLTD info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

I don't consider renting passive income unless you have professional property management. Most people who rent don't count their time and effort needed just to make a tiny return on their massive investment. Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a *VRI TOKEN* , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Not gonna lie - great video. I am intrigued by this. However (and respectfully), I feel it would have been helpful to include in this video the fact that Etsy charges fees for listing, selling, and shipping items. Additionally, Printify also charges for the items they print and ship, so how much profit is one left with after each sale? I know it depends on what you sell, but an example would have been great.There's also the cost of online ads to draw audiences to your store/products, unless you just want to leave it to chance that somebody would "happen" to find your listing your and buy. I suppose using certain keywords in your listing would help, but it's still kind of "rolling the dice" to see what happens. And when you pointed out the number of sales the seller has made - is that for just the one product listed or is that the total number of sales overall? Could that number represent the total number of various items that the seller has sold? Not saying that this is a bad idea, but as I started looking into doing this, these and other questions not covered in this video popped up and so therefore, I think maybe another video explaining how this TRULy works would be beneficial. I just discovered this video, and I'll look to see, but you mentioned you might document the process in another video. Hopefully you did and that it would cover ALL aspects of starting up this type of business. Again, not hating, but asking (what I feel to be) legitimate questions.

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but VermontCorpLTD info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well
