Oooh I never noticed the double hemm on socks! That was so helpful! I was about to just sew an elastic on the inside of my floppy cuffs, but was worried about it rubbing against the skin as well a visible seam on the outside. Your solution solves those potential problems pretty easily. Thank you! 😊
Wow Again. I was wondering if anyone would actually go so far as to PATCH a sock to repair it. Because honestly, I intuitively kind of figured that would be the 'only' way (but now I know about darning) to repair a sock so it wouldnt rip out in the same place two weeks later. But I thought I must be crazy or strange to just not THROW THE SOCK AWAY AND BUY A NEW PAIR, like a 'normal' person would do. But now I see that its not strange, and if I decide to go that far, it is still normal. But what I WAS surprised about, is how cute it actually looks to have a patch on a sock, it doesnt look ugly, besides, no one could see it in your shoe anyway. But I also previously knew nothing about using an embroidery hoop, and how cool that you can make a make-shift one out of a plastic container with a snap in lid! It makes me think I need to watch a few vids about embroidery now!
Right?! 😊 We have endless possibilities! I also like how cute the patch turns out. I saw a picture of a patch shaped like a cloud on one sock and a sun on the other sock that I want to do too! You’re never crazy or strange if you try to mend your clothes ❤️
I didnt understand the very last part of your very good instructional video. What was the 'pineapplely" last thing you did to the patch that was un-neccessary, please?
Gonna have to give this a try because for the life of me, I can't find good socks anymore like the ones I have. China has oversaturated the market with very cheap products.
I was searching for a solution and realised we have the same socks (different colours). They look like running socks from a shop beginning with D? It’s sad because only had these for 2 months…
Thank for sharing this wonderful and helpful video. You're so creative. I will definitely try. It really useful.
Thank you very much for watching dear :) glad you find it useful

This video is very helpful. Not so much people take time to do this.
Thank you so much for appreciating the time it takes Miguel 😊
I know I'll never try even one of these, but thank you for making this video, regardless! Much different from "JUST BUY NEW SOCKS".
Never say never! Thank you Tracy ☺️

The thing that was unnecessary was making those random stitches to mimic the pineapple’s surface 😀

Excellent! “FEEL IT”! The plastic-lid hoop totally blew my socks off! 😂 (stole the joke from Jeroen 👆👆👆)
Jeroen’s jokes sock!
Saggy socks are not my problem. TOO TIGHT socks are my problem. Oh, how I would *love* to have loose cuffs on my socks!!!
