This hits really close to home with me My parents got a divorce when I was 16 I believe maybe when I was younger or older I don’t remember. I was freaking out being in a courthouse because my parents are trying to get custody over me and I was just freaking out because it seemed like nobody was actually caring for me even though everyone said they did it didn’t feel like that at the time so I was having a panic attack, nice lady walked up to me and gave me a drink from the soda machine and it just sat there with me for a few minutes. I don’t even know who she was. I don’t remember her name. She was a nice lady. I have ADHD autism so this really affected me. I also realize that I got older that I am an introvert and I don’t do well with huge groups of people nor do I deal well with situations like that so brings back ptsd As I’ve gotten older, I started to realize that certain things and now I’m trying to make sure that it doesn’t happen to any other siblings with their kids Because if this happens to my kids, I’m a feel that Sorry for The trauma dump
