Well I haven't watched their vids before and haven't watched it yet so if either William or Mrs afton was @bu$!ve then he probably would have had to bandage himself and if not he must've learnt it at school I learnt basic first aid at around 4-5 years old in my British school or possibly other kids may have taught him if he hung out with some older children or he could just be very clumsy and when both parents were busy he would have to give himself first aid
