Hey hey everyone!! Thanks so much for watching :) This was quite the experience and I'm always up to explore products that help mental health and spread awareness. What kind of self-care tips do you have?
Candace Lowry Regular massage, at least 1 hour monthly. As a certified massage therapist I can tell you that the science behind massage makes it much more of a necessity than a luxury, despite what society often thinks. Also, just wanna say that I adore you. ❤
I have really bad anxiety and ptsd, I can't get a marijuana card in my state so I went online a couple months ago and I found CW Hemp. It's an oil you take twice a day. I bought some and it made me feel so much better.
Just an FYI about the oils, the vape pens are novel but not the best delivery system, diffusing them makes them more effective. As for self care, I have PTSD and find I must take a magnesium supplement to keep the body balanced on a chemical level. In the middle of a panic attack one of my favourite anxiety teas is catnip, chamomile, and dill weed. It's a blend you make yourself but it's very calming.
Hi Candace! I've been loving your channel, but something you said in this video didn't sit well with me. When you said "the last thing you want to do is have to take medication...," it sounded like you were condemning people who choose to use medication. I understand if that's your personal preference, to each their own, but language like that contributes to the stigmatization of mental illness. There's absolutely nothing wrong using medication to help manage anxiety, depression, or any other neurological disorder! In some cases, like my own, it can be a literal life-saver. I'm sure you didn't have any malicious intentions, I still love your content, just something to think about :)
i'm not a huge fan of "the last thing you wanna do is take medication".... medication isn't the worst option.... and can be very helpful .... yeah it's not necessarily for everyone but you shouldn't demonize it.
I don't think she's demonising it. I'm on medication and I've made peace with that now but at the start, I felt similar. I felt weak for needing medication. I'm not, I know that now. In a way it takes strength to realise you need help, but I do recognise her worries. I honestly do not think she meant any harm.
I don't think she meant any harm, but her comment still contributed to stigma, IMO. I don't think medication is "the last thing you wanna do." I think the ACTUAL last thing most mentally ill people look to is suicide, when they feel like they have no more options, possibly because people talking shit about medication options have convinced them it won't work...
Yeah, true, my dad is bipolar with psychotic episodes and for over a decade, he refused to take medication. Which made it all very horrible and damaging. He's on meds now but he has stopped taking them in the past because someone made a comment about how they don't work. I speak from experience when I say disregarding medication or making uninformed statements about them can be dangerous.
elisabeth00 i'm sure no harm was meant, but it's a heavy statement to make either way and i found it necessary to remind everyone that medication should be seen as a valid option.
Medication shouldn't have the stigma that Candace kind of relayed here. I have family history of mental illness and resisted medicating myself for so long, because I thought it was a failure on my part, but when I finally did reach out for help, my medicine definitely does help me in ways that I definitely could not have done on my own. Candace, please don't feel like medication for anxiety is a failure on your part. It just means your brain might need a boost to help fight anxiety. Love!😇
I had a friend who had every flavor of these Monq vapes at her apartment one time when I stayed the night. They didn't really *do* anything, but the placebo effect of getting to vape with my friend without actual nicotine was nice. They tasted and smelled lovely.
Ohhhh Candace! Don't feel like medication is "the last thing you want to do". Anxiety is a chemical imbalance and a medical situation. It's no different to needing glasses, or if you have high cholesterol and needed medication for it. It's not right for everyone, but don't discount it because of the stigma alone!
Alix Hackett I agree too! It can even be offensive to people who actually do take medicine (I do, but wasn't offended because I used to have the same mentality) sometimes medication is what you need to get the control process to begin, and then you can explore different ways to cope, but always have the medication in case experiments don't go well
I suffer from a mixture of anxieties gad and social anxiety as well as depression. I take both Lexapro and Buspar and it's a life saver. Yea you still have good days and bad days but from coming from a place where you can't even function properly to how I am now, the medications saved my life. The combination of them personally does great for me for the most part. :)
SpringSpark yeah I noticed a lot of people are using these essential oils but they don’t get, you have to have good mind and body connection to do this. If you don’t meditate, you will never be able to see these things.
meditation has been proven to have either gooooood effects or baaaad effects i know it doesnt work for me, just makes me worse, being quiet and focused, just makes me get more awful
I hate the stigma around vaping that it's some kinda thing for "bros" or "douches". I'm a lady that vapes, it helped me stop smoking. Stop being so judgmental.
I was smoking a pack a day before i started vaping and then it took me a week to get through a pack. Vaping is fantastic. Cloudmakers kinda bug me because they're for show usually lol but yeah, vaping is fantastic and has helped me a ton.
I'd rather them be blowing clouds of vape than cigarette smoke, but clouders definitely need to either keep it outside, or in vape shops. It's not a public places kinda thing to do. But yeah, vaping has helped tons of people stop smoking!
I hate the stigma that it's only okay to vape if you are recovering from cigs! I'm a lady that vapes! I am from the West Coast and it was a lot more popular there. Here on the East Coast I barely use it while driving because people are so judgmental about it.
I think it's okay for anyone who wants to vape to vape, no matter if they're recovering from cigs or not. And as a vaper that has always lived on the east coast, fuck those judgmental assholes and vape away. I do it in the car all the time and could care less about what anyone else thinks.
I have the whole collection and these definitely do work. Zen is for anxiety if you're having trouble sleeping then you use Sleep. If you need a little motivation you use Vibrant. It's not a miracle thing, you definitely shouldn't rely on them, but they do help. Idk i feel like these don't work for people because they don't believe that essential oils work. They work for me, but I believe in their medicinal qualities. That's just me.
Sabrina Diaz I like the way u said that really well..indeed if u believe it or somthin won't work it possibly won't if u beleive it will it too is possible. Bless u
Hey guys, I'm actually an ambassador for MONQ which means that I use these regularly and do know a little bit about the product. First of all, MONQ is not vaping. It is a personal diffuser. Because of the way you use MONQ, there is no chance of 'popcorn lung'. Zen monq helps calm you down, not help you sleep, get sleepy monq for that! This product hasn't ever ended a panic attack for me, but it helps me keep the low levels of anxiety at bay and it helded me get over my fear of finding help. With that being said, it effects different people different ways. If you have questions, let me know and I'll do what I can!
I cried, most people here do not know how it feels. How it feels to be scared to leave the house, to be scared to be left alone, to be scared to shower without the door open and someone in the next room.. That's panic disorder.. I have lived with it for eight years. EIGHT years is nothing for some people, but that is time I could not live my life. I missed out on so much in high school and gave up on my scholarships in music because I could not function as a normal human being. I am 23 years old on three different medications that have made me go from 140lbs to 260lbs, I fucking hate them but there was nothing I could do. Nothing that would help me. I was miserable for so long. At the age of 22 I was able to drive by myself again, but I still can not drive alone outside of town. I've lost friends or who I thought were friends, I lost memories I could have made, I lost my motivation in life. I just want others to know that no matter how bad it gets, it will get better. You will make it through, you are not alone.
When Jordan came back on the screen after her attack my heart just dropped... honestly I love how u two r so real and we can relate to u as well. Love u 🖤
I got on medication for my anxiety and it's the best decision i ever made! I felt similar about feeling weak for needing medication but now i regret not getting on it sooner. The anxiety began to keep me up 3-4 times a week, causing me to be irritable all the time, forget school assignments, and perform poorly at work. i take my zyrtec 2 hours before i go to bed every night and it has changed my life. In the past 6 months ive had virtually no anxiety and sleep like a normal person. My dr was super great when i talked to him about it and told me not to feel embarrassed about being on the medicine. He said this is totally common, he treats anxiety all the time and its no big deal to take the medicine. i told him i was scared of side effects and he said the only side effects should be feeling normal. if i had any others then come back and we'll try something else. i do have to say that the first two weeks of getting the medicine in my system sucked because it makes the anxiety worse while your brain is trying to balance itsself. but talk to your dr and trust the process and it will get better! You don't have to suffer!
I regret not getting medication years sooner too, and one of the reasons I didn't was negative comments about it such as she mistakenly made on this video.
i'm so happy for you that you have the opportunity to have something that makes you feel better. i'm a young woman with g.a.d. and depression and i don't want to be dependent on it. but we all have different opinions, for me, if i don't need medication, i won't want it. i was about to be prescribed but we decided to wait it out and see if anything gets worse
Thank you guys for this video. Seeing anxiety normalized and Jordan post anxiety attack helps me realize I"m not alone. Taking medication and therapy has been the best thing for me. Working out every day has also done me wonders! Don't feel like therapy or medication means that you're not strong, you're strong for doing something to help yourself
There's aromatherapy necklaces that diffuse the oil throughout the day constantly but only you would be able to smell it close to you. The cotton pad insert ones are better.
official af Yes absolutely. I do it regularly. If you're going to apply essential oils directly to the flesh though, you should always be careful to dilute it with a carrier oil to avoid skin issues.
Queen Of The Yaks could I just put some in a spray bottle and spray my pillow and sheets? Or would they still irritate my skin? would it be better to dilute it before spraying it?
Lulu Herrera You certainly can put it in a spray bottle. You do need to put it in a base of some sort to keep it suspended and it will also serve the purpose of dilution. This is a super basic recipe, of course you can replace lavender with any oil or mix of your choice! - 2 tablespoons witch hazel or vodka - 10 drops lavender essential oil - 6 tablespoons water Edit: Just to be safe I'd also do a test spray on an inconspicuous part of the pillow or linen to be sure there's no staining issues. There shouldn't be but if you have nice stuff you may wanna double check. :)
Queen Of The Yaks thanks. I'm expecting baby four and I could definitely use this tip. btw I'm not sure where you live if they have an fye store but they had a set of 3 good size essential oils for $5. lavender was one of them.
Just finished watching this and your depression video - they mean a lot. It's nice to see someone talking openly about their struggles, and hearing you voice thoughts and feelings that I experience daily. Keep doing awesome things - endless high-gives!
Thank you so much for trying these! I have seen them everywhere and was wondering if they work because I have severe anxiety. Also, thank you for touching on the subject of not wanting to take medication because you want to handle it on your own because they is exactly how I felt/feel when I started my anxiety medication.
I have really bad anxiety and it was super cool to watch this video and realize that people I admire feel the same sometimes too. I hope ya guys can find good ways to help it ; w ;
Thanks for making this video. Some of the things you and Jordan said about anxiety really resonated with me. I've recently began having intense panic attacks that have made feel defeated and beyond low, but watching this video helped me feel less alone.
ASMR has seriously helped with my anxiety before bed. I know with a lot of people it kind of has a negative stigma as people smacking their lips into a microphone. And sure there are ones like that I'm sure, but I only listen to the ones with no talking, and the difference in how I sleep is amazing, I'm never going back.
Your channel I have stubbled upon is an amazing safe haven for me to find relief for my crippling anxiety. I may only have 4k subs but I am going to share you with everyone I know !! Than you for this!!!
This was super interesting to me - I have suffered from anxiety and depression since 3rd grade and taking medication since then as well. I hate having to take the pills every single morning and I still have horrible days. I really appreciated y'all bringing anxiety to the surface it means a lot to me personally.
Hi Candace! I hope this doesn't come off like I am glad that you guys have anxiety or anything, but I do want to say that it's quite comforting seeing it represented and just spoken about by people who understand how difficult it can be and how even though it's irrational it's really not possible to get a handle on it all the time. So yeah, thanks. And keep up the great work, you're pretty awesome.
It NeedsMoreKetchup vape can be mouth to lungs, or vape to lungs. Youre supposed to hold it in your mouth. But the site says to push it through your nose, but you can't do that without inhaling it.
Usually when inhaling you take the first breath then take another to allow it into your lungs, with this you only take one breath which only allows it halfway down your throat
Yay I missed Jordan! It's so important to talk about anxiety in a form like this. Instead of people acting like it doesn't exist or just thinking you are overreacting all the time. You do what you need to do to feel ok👌🏻 also they have mood supplements that are all natural made with like chamomile that I recommend for anxiety problems.
I love that you, Jordan and even Michelle are so open and willing to talk about mental health issues. I think this would be great as a tool for self calming with moderate anxiety as you mentioned. I just wanted to say there is also no harm in trying medications in addition to learning coping strategies and even counselling. After suffering with Anxiety and Depression to the point of suicidal thinking I have been put on medication and have learnt that the medication is about helping your body to recovery and your hormones/chemicals to level out again after your body being under so stress for a period of time. Thanks again for bring to light the real issues and openly talking about your struggles with mental health. Sending love your way Mel :)
Chamomile tea 2 cups a day,no caffeine I quit coffee and anything that contains caffeine, also aroma therapy has help,I use lavander, peppermint, lemon essential oils had help me a lot!
I hope you both can conquer your anxiety and that everyday gets a little easier. I have recently been going through a lot of strange panic attacks but finding professionals I trust to help me through it has made a huge difference. My new doctor and my counselor are a great team that always listens to me. My path has not been straight uphill but I am doing better overall and try not to let the bad days get to me. Sending thoughts of peace to you both.
Thank you so much. This really helps. Got anxiety myself and this is the kinda thing I been needing to know because mine works the same way. My anxiety comes at night. You both were brave to vlog this during anxiety moments
Candace, this is Great! I now this is an older video, but as a mental health therapist, I teach my clients to use coping skills like deep breathing and taking a moment to step back and allow the thought to come into their mind, but they don't have to feed it. As a child therapist specifically, I tell my client's to visualize their anxiety like a small little monster, if they feed their anxiety monster, he will get bigger. I think essential oils definitely help play a role in relaxation, but nothing truly life changing. Like I tell everyone, there is no magic pill or therapy session, I give the paint brushes and they paint the picture. However, remembering our coping skills is key to remaining calm during your anxiety. Thank you for shedding more light on mental health!
It was cool that y'all tried it for y'all's self to see if it worked for y'all. I myself have ordered a aromatherapy vape and going to try it out. I've struggled with anxiety as long as I can remember and I have bad anxiety attacks. Watching this video helped me out. Thanks!
I would love to see more videos about your anxiety and attacks you may have. I don't think it's touched upon enough. I suffer from anxiety and depression and it's a difficult thing especially in relationships with partners or even friends.
I really appreciate you girls filming while your anxiety is high. The last thing I want to do while I'm about to have an attack is film myself at my worst time.
It's nice to be reminded that other people have low points and struggle over the same stuff you do. Just a reminder that you aren't the only in the situation.
were you guys using anything else for anxiety before you tried this vape? did you replace your anxiety control method with the vape? Or better said- How did you control your anxiety before you tried the vape?
I was really curious about this, thanks for trying it out and being real about anxiety. I try and incorporate essential oils to help my anxiety and didn't know if this would be any different than just the diffuser I have by my bed. You should try one of those, though I recommend the essential oils actually being 100% what they say they are, like actual lavender oil being the only ingredient for lavender. Sometimes they are just all sorts of chemicals supposed to smell like a certain oil. But the diffusers are pretty and change colors and are super nice and convenient to have when you have anxiety especially at night (in my opinion). 💗✨💗✨
I love you both! I deal with anxiety and bipolar disorder. I have tried suicide and survived. Thank you for being honest and showing and talking about these issues. I will be getting my semicolon tattoo soon! love you both keep strong! Praying!
It's good to know it did help some. Nothing is a cure all, not even meds, but every little thing to cope is another step to keep you from full blown attacks.
It's definitely okay to take medication! That's what it's there for. My anxiety was way out of control until I got medicated for it. It's definitely not something to be ashamed of or feel like you're less strong of a person for. Please don't deny yourself an option that will help you. But I'm also a firm believer that you should do what you works best for your own mental health. 🙂
Definitely try listening to yoga nidra for sleep once you get in the bed. it is like a miracle! you can find videos on RUclips. I have horrible anxiety and it makes me gasp and shake for up to 30 minutes every night as I try to fall asleep, but with the right yoga nidra, I hardly shake and I fall asleep in maybe 12 minutes!
I think the vapes also have a lot of basis in the fact that it's a routine that helps remove you from your anixety and take some deep breaths! I love this idea! Of course it's not a cureall but I think it's effective if you have very overwhelming anxiety.
All I want to say is that I had always been against medication until my mother caught me in the middle of one of my panic attacks, after I had scratched my body raw, and forced me to go to the doctor and get meds. I have never felt better in my life. It doesn't completely get rid of my anxiety, but it has helped me so much. What I've learned is to never really give up on the medication if the other methods of coping don't work for you.
Having a diffuser in your room is a better option when using essential oils. The key to effective EO use is consistency and frequency(less is more) and I think those pens might be more on the quantity side (too much at one time)
I use quite a few things for mental illness, and the first being Kava Kava. The Kava-6 tincture has been the best, but for something inexpensive, there is Kava tea at Walmart, Target, etc. It's in a purple and yellow box (can't remember the brand right now). Even putting two bags in a large cup and downing that can sometimes help my anxiety. I also had to balance my hormones, but I had a hysterectomy, so this wouldn't probably apply to you ladies. Next, I also use Valerian root tincture at night to help me sleep when it's a bad night and lastly, St. John's Wort is great for depression. I came from taking many many medications to studying and learning more about plants and this is what I have personally experienced and experimented with. I wish you both the best!
I know this may be a little off subject but Candace... you are SO funny 😆 I literally died when you said “Jesus and my Vape better take the wheel...” LOL you’re like a comedian. So great 👌🏽
I recently started putting essential oils in my shower. I start the hot water and put a few drops in, I like eucalyptus, and it smells so good and it helps me relax! Especially after a tough workout or a long day at work.
Loved the idea of this video!! Especially Jordan was talking about the sleep aid but Monq makes these for different situations and they make one specifically for sleep so that might be useful :)
My favorite thing to do right before, during or after an anxiety attack is either feel my carotid artery and focus on that while breathing or pushing the pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger while breathing. I find that it helps ease my mind and calm me down so that the anxiety attack does not linger throughout the day❤️
I know it's a similar video but since you guys were looking for more tangible results, you should try nutriair or vitastik. The reason is that one has a pen with melatonin made specifically for bedtime and one has a morning pen with caffeine and b-12. It might be more of what you guys were looking for.
I do grounding or earthing for my anxiety, I avoid blue light at night and I get 30 mins of sun within an hour of waking up, while I ground in the morning. It has really helped my nighttime anxiety.
have you looked into cbd? there's no nicotine or no thc so you don't get high you just get calm and it calms your thoughts. Look into it, you won't regret it.
Zen is my favorite, especially for relaxing before bed....sleep tastes awful but sexy is good and happy and vibrant are two of my other favs, however Zen before bed is decent.
I love monq! The scents are amazing and people saying it's bad they're NOT inhaling the vapor into their lungs. It goes into the mouth and out the nose and shouldn't be brought into the lungs like with normal smoking. It's like personal aromatherapy. I use sleep monq on nights I can't quite get to sleep after a late night at work.
Vaping has changed my life.I started to smoke when I first went in to a psychiatric hospital because everybody smoked. I was in and out of hospital for 4 years and during my last admission (8 months) a lady let me borrow her vape and then I got my own. During the next few weeks I definitely reduced how much I smoked because I would have one cigarette then vape, rather than two. I slowly transitioned to only vaping and reducing the nicotine levels to 0. I found the times I smoked on my own, it was times of stress or after a panic attack. Then it was vaping. As I learned to feel my panic attacks coming on, I would vape (in private because stigma) for a short while and it really helped me manage them. I always carry mine with me. It may not be good for my general health, but it has definitely helped with my mental health.
its centered in aromatherapy (which is an ancient tradition), but it has been modernized by making it into a personal diffuser. everyone tells me that mixing zen and forest helps anxiety the most.
For sleep I diffuse lavender essential oil or serenity by doterra 4 hours before bedtime. So that when it's time to sleep.. I'm actually already sleepy. Then add more oils and water to the diffuser and set it for 8 hours to keep me asleep. Vetiver is also a good one for overstimulation, anxiety and sleep aid.
i seriously recommend looking into an essential oil diffuser!! my step dad bought me one off amazon. you just fill it halfway with water, drop in a few drops of oil (i love lavender for my anxiety), and just dissolve into the mist lol. i also like to run a bubble bath while it's on so i get double the relaxation :)
things you could try would be: Neurexan, calmedoron, calmvalera, tablets or liquids based on valerian root, passion flower herb, hops cones and amber. i work in a pharmacy so dont worry ^^
There's a "sleepy" monq diffuser that's works specifically for sleep. It's really good but yeah zen isn't gonna help you sleep. It's just for relaxation
oh also ASMR videos are a really good source for help with anxiety I've used it for years to help with mine I've even had a few rare instances where I felt a panic attack coming on opened up an ASMR video and it went away before it got bad
If you read the website/instructions it literally tells you that you are supposed to exhale it out your nose and to not inhale it into your lungs..... if you are going to test products at least try to follow the instructions and use them properly.
I love you and your channel I'm trying to avoid medication for my severe anxiety disorder because I'm a mom of three (3 year old 2 year old and 4month old) I'm definitely going to try this! Thanks for sharing!
You should try kava kava! It's definitely super helpful for anxiety. Ive used it in capsules and tinctures, but my favorite way is as a tea! you can either get it in like a blend with other stuff in teabags or get the pure kava (which I'll sometimes brew with chamomile as well) and it definitely helps especially in those onset/recovery periods of bad anxiety. it kind of has a cool numbing effect on your tongue which I personally enjoy, but also I feel like it helps distract me from spiraling thoughts as well.
Hey hey everyone!! Thanks so much for watching :) This was quite the experience and I'm always up to explore products that help mental health and spread awareness. What kind of self-care tips do you have?

"I feel a bit of anxiety coming on."
Ha ha, I wish that could be me. Mine never turns off.

medication doesn't mean you can't control yourself, it means you're being productive with your mental health and are controlling your mood.

I agree completely!
Alix Hackett I agree too! It can even be offensive to people who actually do take medicine (I do, but wasn't offended because I used to have the same mentality) sometimes medication is what you need to get the control process to begin, and then you can explore different ways to cope, but always have the medication in case experiments don't go well
Alix Hackett I consider you lucky if you take medication for anxiety. I can't because I only have social anxiety so there is no fix to my issues
I suffer from a mixture of anxieties gad and social anxiety as well as depression. I take both Lexapro and Buspar and it's a life saver. debra Girl that's my combo and it's the best!! Buspar has literally changed my life!
Now try to meditate for a couple of weeks, it would be awesome.

I think it's okay for anyone who wants to vape to vape, no matter if they're recovering from cigs or not. And as a vaper that has always lived on the east coast, fuck those judgmental assholes and vape away. I do it in the car all the time and could care less about what anyone else thinks.
rogueofthecraft vaping essential oils is much better than normal vaping... duh
I am so sorry you guys have anxiety/panic attacks. I have been down that road. My thoughts are with you both.
Sabrina Diaz Yeah and some essential oils have actually been clinically proven to have a positive affect on people’s mental health.
In the Philippines, we pronounce it with a long "e" sound, as ee-lang ee-lang (Ylang-Ylang). :)
Can we be friends ? I can relate so much
I had the forest one. it was definitely helpful to me. I used it when I was running late or driving some place. it helped to calm my nerves.
Ok, but you kinda walked into the whole "haribo" roasting there Candice.
😂😂😂 I knowwwww
wait how is it supposed to be pronounced? lmao..i say it the same way as Candace :(
Kasandra M it's like harry-bo in the UK 😂 just stress on a different part of the word
Haribo is from Germany, and here it is pronounced with the stress on the "a" :)
It's h-aa-rib-oo in the Netherlands
Do you mean zoloft? Because Zyrtec is an allergy medicine
i'm so happy for you that you have the opportunity to have something that makes you feel better. i'm a young woman with g.a.d. and depression and i don't want to be dependent on it. but we all have different opinions, for me, if i don't need medication, i won't want it. i was about to be prescribed but we decided to wait it out and see if anything gets worse
im pretty confused
zyrtec is what i take for my rinitis....
how can it help anxiety? its not even close to that xD
I was thinking the same. @@morganderose3491
The cotton pad insert ones are better.
ok Candice, this might be the most relatable video title I've ever seen on the internet. Keep it up 😂👌👍
I have a Zen Monq and it works wonderfully for me. I take a few puffs before going out [social anxiety] and it helps calm my nerves.
So couldn't you just put essential oils on your chest and practice deep breathing?
official af Yes absolutely. I do it regularly. If you're going to apply essential oils directly to the flesh though, you should always be careful to dilute it with a carrier oil to avoid skin issues.
Queen Of The Yaks yes this ^^^^ !!! (i personally love coconut oil and a few drops of lavender)
- 2 tablespoons witch hazel or vodka
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 6 tablespoons water
Edit: Just to be safe I'd also do a test spray on an inconspicuous part of the pillow or linen to be sure there's no staining issues.
"I got roasted for how i said haribo" 😂
Kaylee Kach she said that while I read this 💀
I need a collab channel with all the girls that used to be on buzzfeed😂 I miss them together 👌🏼
Thank you so much for trying these! I have seen them everywhere and was wondering if they work because I have severe anxiety. Also, thank you for touching on the subject of not wanting to take medication because you want to handle it on your own because they is exactly how I felt/feel when I started my anxiety medication.
I have really bad anxiety and it was super cool to watch this video and realize that people I admire feel the same sometimes too. I hope ya guys can find good ways to help it ; w ;
Thank you so much for sharing your anxiety online. It’s refreshing to see prominent people on media show their struggle. Thank you 🙏
I would try diffusing essential oils instead of vaping them. They work amazing for anxiety and are easier to use. I get mine off amazon.
How do you breath without using your lungs like wtf.
Wow video title is me
😂
Hannah Lucas MEEEEE
Thank you for shedding more light on mental health!
free journaling and seeing a therapist friend for some coaching/therapy help in unpacking energy blocks has really helped me.
Your vulnerability and honesty. I love this video- thank you for testing this for us crazies. ❤️
Please do a CBD OIL OR EDIBLES for mental health.
were you guys using anything else for anxiety before you tried this vape? did you replace your anxiety control method with the vape? Or better said- How did you control your anxiety before you tried the vape?
I'm having an Anxiety Day today so this whole video reminded me to take some deep breaths. Thank you guys! 😊
Wow thank you guys for being so open... you are both truly beautiful people! Keep growing 🌷
The key to effective EO use is consistency and frequency(less is more) and I think those pens might be more on the quantity side (too much at one time)
Candace: it's very cute!
Jordan: ... it looks like chalk.
i love monq. i've had three so far and have never been disappointed.
I wish you both the best!
when Jordan was crying, I just wanted to help her! thinking of you ladies.
Balance & Serenity are the 1, 2 punch for anxiety. Cedarwood and Vetiver are GREAT for sleep. I'm happy to send you some :) LOVE them.
”I lived a hard life😎” 😂😭😭 dead bro
Thanks for sharing. I get anxiety too and you guys made me feel less lonely about my situation
I know this may be a little off subject but Candace... you are SO funny 😆 I literally died when you said “Jesus and my Vape better take the wheel...” LOL you’re like a comedian. So great 👌🏽
Candace is so beautiful honestly when she was talking with her head on the pillow I died a little ;-;
I would suggest trying a Kava Extract Tincture! It doesn't taste very good, but It helps calm down the nervous system and helps loads with my anxiety!
If you try any other Monq blends you should try Ocean. It is amazing. It helps me feel relaxed and happy.
My favorite thing to do right before, during or after an anxiety attack is either feel my carotid artery and focus on that while breathing or pushing the pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger while breathing. I find that it helps ease my mind and calm me down so that the anxiety attack does not linger throughout the day❤️
Omg I've never been so early before! CANDACE I LOVE YOU!!!
I know it's a similar video but since you guys were looking for more tangible results, you should try nutriair or vitastik. The reason is that one has a pen with melatonin made specifically for bedtime and one has a morning pen with caffeine and b-12. It might be more of what you guys were looking for.
okay so can we take a second to appreciate the cool room decor at Jordan's place around 3:44ish
This is a really cool idea, anything to help anxiety and relax you is cool, I like that you try to educate people and probably help a lot of people
i love the shawshank redemption pic in the backround
Vetiver is also a good one for overstimulation, anxiety and sleep aid.
i seriously recommend looking into an essential oil diffuser!! my step dad bought me one off amazon. you just fill it halfway with water, drop in a few drops of oil (i love lavender for my anxiety), and just dissolve into the mist lol. i also like to run a bubble bath while it's on so i get double the relaxation :)
things you could try would be: Neurexan, calmedoron, calmvalera, tablets or liquids based on valerian root, passion flower herb, hops cones and amber. i work in a pharmacy so dont worry ^^
it helps people who get nervous? I need one i dont know if its bad for me im 12 someone tell me
There's a "sleepy" monq diffuser that's works specifically for sleep.
"Gonna try to smoke this" "that sounds like weed" HAHAHA
“This isn’t a real cat it’s a pusheen” best quote 2018.....
Ashwaghanda helped me so much. it's at GNC. Give it 3 days to get in your system. Great for depression. plus it helps your body learn to adapt.
For no reason, watching this made me so anxious
Love your videos!!! Keep up the great work!!
