    司徒,我喜欢只吃燕皮。我都是用燕皮煮汤,特别好吃。燕皮不是纯肉做的,是肉和面粉混在一起的。

    I originated from Fuchow. I can't speak Fuchownese but I ate this dish n Fuchow fishball at least once a year on the eve of CNY. Although this dish evolved little here but sadly those factories make FC fishballs just evolved too much. The texture is simply not the same as donkies years ago. When I was still a year younger than a teenager. Those were the days when I can still speak a little Fuchownese. Nowadays I hardly come across anyone who can still speak it here. Those coffee shops jargon like KaTai,SewTai or Kopi C are all pronounce slightly wrong. Kopi C is infact KopiSin. Anyway now who cares.

      彭奎诚 云吞皮是面粉做的,这个是肉打成泥之后做成的皮再包肉馅所以叫肉燕

      I live in NYC, but born in Fuzhou, I go back to China every year. I live right by San Fang Qi Xiang. I will be back in China in July.
