HB Beluga 1/10 R1001 RC Crawler Off Road 4x4 Quick 2nd Stock RUN

Welcome everyone to Rad RC Your home for some good wholesome RC fun! On this video we feature our burgundy wine colored 1/10th scale HB Beluga still in stock form. We decided to take out our Beluga for it's first off road run to see how it performs. During the first run I did not like the hard drag brake when the diffs were locked so we decided tor run the Beluga off road with the diffs unlocked. For the most part the R1001 HB beluga RC crawler performed very well with unlocked diffs. You can see a few moments when climbing uphill when the wheels spun as the RC climbed. This is the effect of having your diffs unlocked. Also on the downhill after the ascent I could not stop the Belugas momentum from rolling downhill. You are at the mercy of downhills with unlocked diffs. This RC Crawler is an excellent performer for the price you pay! One major upgrade I am considering after running our 1/8th MJX is a brushless FOC 1800kv motor. The smoothness and easiness of maintaining a crawling speed with an FOC motor is game changing!!!
