    Hi Shaun grat video as always but can you please tell us what do you think is a healthy diet?Can you please make a video that you explain what it work with food and fitness to burn fat or build muscles.There are so many diets out there keto carnivore bodybuilding etc.Can you tell us ratios fat protein carbs?I try too eat clean but it doesnt taste good.Thank you

    Sleep is when your body reboots. It clears out inflammation which btw sleep deprivation, especially chronic, can lead to heart disease, heart attack, stroke. That inflammation is be cleared out of the body during deep sleep as well as rebuilding muscle, burning fat. If your body can't get enough of that, it stays in a stressed state pumping out cortisol which is sugar. Along with the massive sugar spike from the cortisol, you also LOSE MUSCLE! But it's amazing how underrated sleep is and the dangerous things that are going on in the body if you don't get enough sleep! Arteries will get clogged due to sleep n stress. This isn't due to lipids/cholesterol, poor diet/lifestyle. It's an immune reaction by white blood cells that clog the arteries. Then of course the diet/lifestyle etc which is plaque by cholesterol. Bot can be fatal!!! Prioritize sleep!!! For Real!

      When you actually allow your body to rest and come out of that chronic state of stress, the body will actually allow those stubborn pounds to come off ALOT EASIER!!!! That and HYDRATION!!!! If you are dehydrated and that is less than 50% if you are using a great scale that breaks all those down, if you are less than 50% your body will hold on to those extra pounds, toxins, bloating etc.
