I think playing two sim 1 would be a good balance imo. And then once you’re in the NHL you can play more games.
I had no idea this game had the depth that it does. This video would’ve been a better ad for this game than anything official that was made at the time. I regret not getting this back in the day now that I see this!

I recently started playing this game again, and I do not recommend simming, especially in the NHL, you get booted down to AHL after like two three consecutive simmed games.
I love how the gameplay cutscenes are the same exact ones from the NHL 07 though 09 games 😂
