1 - this is accurate. I’ve backed off, I don’t do much of anything anymore because I’m not their parent. When I’ve gone through things like job loss, and abuse a work they don’t step up the way I need them to. They actually act out because they don’t want to be responsible or think about anyone other than themselves. I’ve been putting myself first and not caring as much. I don’t care if this ends.
