Ranbir is not in the same category. Remember Jagga Jasoos or even some of his others were non events. Secondly, even SRK and Salman can’t pull crowds without good content now. Maidaan is a masterpiece. One of the best sports drama ever and a real story which is part of our history. It’s a very sad thing that such a lovely movie is not getting its due. It’s even better than Chak De esp the last 30 minutes are a masterpiece. Amazing performances and football match sequences plus it’s a period drama which is anyways difficult to make
