I think that this can be accomplished using multiple stages Input - the user specifies the book and specifies some high level descriptions for style, environment, acting. These descriptions may conflict to a degree with what the book itself describes; however, these high level descriptions could be used to make some changes to the existing book at a high level. Very detailed changes could also be specified here that would transform the original book in a detailed manner if that is needed. Stage1 - convert book into a series of scenes each comprised of story boards and screenplays. The scenes are comprised of rough sketches and supporting text. Sketches give some idea of environment, point of view, lighting, action, etc. Supporting text provides dialog, acting descriptions, etc. This stage would be handled by specially trained AIs that are fed every movie and corresponding screen play and story boards. Scenes must have consistency between them with respect to all components of scenes. Stage2 - convert each scene (using screenplays and story boards generated previously for scene) into a series of video clips. The video clips must have consistency between them with respect to actors appearance and acting and environment, etc. This stage would also be accomplished by a specially trained AI or groups of AIs.Transitions between clips would also be generated.
Marvy left an interesting comment here, that one day for sure (maybe very soon) AI will be able to adapt a movie from a book. I had this idea of a prompt to start a story, to give the first image of a movie or of a manga, a totally open-ended request to trigger inspiration like "a strange person in a strange setting has something strange happening to her." Like, AI by design hates the void and has to always come up with something... So this process would leave it to to them to decide about a theme, or alter the adjective of the prompt above from 'strange' to 'joyful' or 'sad'..."a sad person...". On this principle any prompt that loops back onto itself, that questions back the questioner like the infamous therapist.
Let me know what prompts you would like generated in the comments!
I hope one of these days we can upload a book and AI could generate a book accurate, full length movie

That would be cool af
AI did a magnificent work on architecture, I wonder what a specialist would say about symbols/patterns accuracy and consistency.

Excellent graphics. A few glitches here and there, but in five years, this will be perfect!
Yeah, with the rapid pace of AI recently I am thinking more within 1-2 years

This one is good!
