I'm here thanks to Bob... Glad to see you taking the time to show so many Toyota owners what we wish we could do. Your drain system is genius- keep up the great work and videos!

Dig the welding sequences - nicely shot and edited. Impressed by the borescope shots and 3D printed nozzle - impressive attention to detail as usual.

Very nice! I like your spinning chain of death thingy That's a good idea!
I am currently doing a similar frame repair on a 1st gen Tacoma, I used Ospho to treat and SEM rust shield. I plan to heavily fluid film it when done. I have been anxiously awaiting your next videos when this taco is done I plan to get back to my 93. Thanks for sharing!

Nabil, I guess these frames are the bottleneck to all the old Toyota pickups. Not sure anyone else has ever completely re-built their own (well, on RUclips) I hope it goes smoothly!

Didn't know rebuilding meant literally re - *BUILDING* it again, from scratch with new steel!
I also wonder if anyone has tried sealing all the frame openings and filling it completely with grease, that ought to stop water & stuff from getting in, and keep the metal from rusting better than paint even when it does get humid/wet. Maybe too radical of an idea though. Stainless probably would've been the best rust free (and biggest $) choice
