I have one and it is more like an instrument than a normal pedal. I use it with a DD8, RV6, MXR 10 Band EQ, and Jamman looper. Portal to unlimited soundscapes.
Put the ehx freeze in the loop of the infinite sustainer. You could cause more time paradox anomalies than the hadron particle collider set for reverse mode.
I love the tilt. I took my mxr EQ off my board and replaced it for this. So much faster with the tilt EQ. I use it even with me metal band. My high gain amps don't need a aggressive overdrive all the time. Just use the high pass filter and turn the EQ to roll off some of the low-end and clean boost. 👌. Awesome pedal for everything.
Just watching all of you play, and have fun is a pleasure to watch. And learning the history of all these pedals we love is awesome to see. I am sure it is alot work for everyone. So I do appreciate it. Thank you.
Through infinity and beyond!!Yep the TC Infinite pedal sounds class, a v ry creative style pedal and is nice to hear and see a new pedal that actually does something new in the world of FX and not just another new pedal that is just the same effect as thousands of pedals gone before which is the pedal makers take on distortion / overdrive / fuzz / delay / reverbs / modulations etc. The infinite has made its way onto my list of pedals to buy when I’ve got some extra cash????
When one actually learns the infinite, it is AMAZING. So many possibilities, washy synth sounds that fill in space under a band through songs, transitions between songs... and might I say flawlessly. Also... play a chord...THEN press the switch! hearts
It works better if you sustain a note or chord that is already being sustained (not right after the attack) as I believe the attack can cause some glitching / modulation
Caveat on the Infinite. I had mine for 4 days, and the cpu went south. Doesn’t mean yours will crash and burn, but buy from a store that has a good return/exchange policy.
Just going to say that the big surprise here for me was how fuzz-like the 3 Series Distortion can be. Never really thought I'd want a distortion pedal, TBH, but every time I hear your budget Rat offering, I like what I hear. Might have to step outside my comfort zone and just get one for shtzngiggles. P.S. - For most of my life, I didn't think I liked fuzz, either. Now I have two.
Is JHS going to make a Boss Blue drivers that has all the various types of MODs modifications using a MODE switch? It would be real nice to have SRV mods and Hendrix Mods to the boss blues driver pedal when JHS made a version
I need a good overdrive. Been searching for ages. I don't know if the Revv is it though. Seems like a bit of cash to spend on a whim. I know I don't want a tube screamer. Besides which I already have one. Just ain't doing it for me. Not a huge fan of the klon. Don't really like the blues driver. WHAT ELSE IS THERE?! It seems every OD is based on those 3 pedals.

I’m sorry your demos are usually good. This is life a lot of wasting our time and goofing around. You guys should have it together before I really don’t feel like watching somebody open a box. hi martin, this was an episode of "what's in the box." the point of the show is to have a box sent to us with a mystery pedal, something josh doesn't have and which he has to play with no experience. there are plenty of other shows on the channel where we don't do stuff like that.
I would feel better if you opened the sides of the box before the top. This allows you to lift the top a little bit to avoid potentially damaging the contents.
Aw man I keep missing these live shows. I really love what you folks are doing. It's such a great way to do this stuff rather than scripted demos. (Which are also fine)

I was so excited when the Infinite came back in stock. It's the first pedal I've paid full price for because there were none on the used market.
