ثلاث حبات فليفلة ملونة و مقطعة ناعما - خمس بيضات مخفوقة بصلة صغيرة مفرومة ناعما - رشة فلفل اسود - نصف كوب كريما الطبخ -
و الحشوة مع سبانخ او مع مرتديلا او اي نوع اخر
و بكل نوع نضع بعد السكب في القوالب جبنة موتزريلا
ندهن القالب ثم نضع الحشوة و و نرش الجبن فوقها و ندخلها ا القلاية الكهربائية
