- First two clips are from 10/22/24 and are of CN arriving in Herman and passing through Bovine. Second two clips are of CN arriving in L'Anse 10/24/24. The chase of the CN heading out of L'Anse begins in the next posted video!
The train in the woods beautiful video enjoying watching awesome Nancy Adventures love it 🚂🚂✨️👍😃😎♥️ awesome to ❤
Thanks Don!
Nice first train drifting through the swamp with5 Celotex cars and 17 for the power.plant and of course hello to the CC pink Hopper. The second train with the ultra rustTILX car of cornstarch and 27 cars of junk ties. That going away shot as it went down the hill was beautiful between the blue of the Bay the few remaining trees with color but also all the leaves that fell neatly on the right of way for an Autumn carpet. It's fun to look at the present scene and then look at the old movies from the 60s. While the cars and buildings may be gone the spirit of the Upper Peninsula railroading is still there
That is why I continue to video this area-the trains allowed this area to prosper -without them it would not have been near as successful. Clints videos are a treasure!
Our color in central Michigan is beyond peak. We had the 1225 Pere Marquette steam engine run through Mt Pleasant this week end doing trips to Cadillac on Saturday and Sunday. I caught a glimpse of it along U.S. 127 between Alma and Shepherd Saturday on its way north. Have a good time in the Big Town of Marquette. We were in Colorado at couple of weeks ago to visit our son and grand daughters, my son and I caught Colorado College play Northern Michigan University in hockey. Another great video Nancy. Have a good day.
Thanks Dennis!
From the dress of the conductor, I'd guess its a little chilly out. Nice video!
The weather is changing but still no killing frost which is very unusual here!
How about snow? Has Hikki started dancing yet???
Thank you for this video in which you combined two short video clips from ww October 2024 and 34 October 2024. Both trains were longer than the typical trains that we see arriving at L'Anse, Michigan. (Posted 27 October 2024 at 1915 CDT.)

Hey Nancy ! I love the scenery up there 😅!
They took the Santa-Fe Bluebonnet away Sun. I think . It's gone at any rate .
I haven't seen the Silver Warbonnets since last Friday.
I just posted part 5 of 6, of the current series . My eyes are burning . It's a bit of a chore at times. How long ago did you monetize? Any advice ?
Curious, did you bring a shelter dog home ?
I hate the sound of those horns. 😱 great scenery! Nice video
They are different!
I enjoy that video👍👍
Thanks London!
Awesome video !!
Thank you for sharing !!
Any particular reason they are going so slow ? Condition of the tracks ?
In part yes!
Was CN in your area always EMD units? as the old fella, I recall CN delivering wooden and steel framed wooden boxcars to Brookville lime as watched the car length grow as went to steel. great as always video. remember a thermos of coffee and a couple donuts..
Coffee and donuts-got it!
Hate the railroad worked there 39 years.
I too have worked where I didn't dislike the job but the people made it difficult. A nursing homr is not an easy place to work! At least you probably made good money!😁
