Is the motherboard already populated with the controller / other components and only the NAND's are missing? Read somewhere there's 100's of small components (much smaller than the NANDs) to also "place".
What is the temperature for uv glue removal? For desoldering? And soldering?
generally around 300 celcius degree and 100 wind speed in the beginning. for glue removal, you can try higher temp. Actually, it doesn't have a fixed temperature when use the hot air gun. It depends on your experience, just be patience and observe the change on the mainboard, and adjust the temp a little by little. For example, if you see the glue melt so quickly, you have to down the temp. It is same on the contrary.

Why not change ram from 16 to 32gb as wall
RAM is mounted on the M series CPU and has not been successfully upgraded by any end user so far, the heat for desoldering has killed the processor or otherwise rendered the device entirely unusable in any instance where anyone has tried so far.
To bad just showing what you can do but not share anything lol lol
