Just wanted to say as a quick tip for anyone, the enhanced elements weapon skill only increases elemental damage for the blue elemental materia when used for physical attacking. It does not boost all elemental spell damage in general. So I added the extra +20 damage weapon skill instead.

Hold the Blizzaga after it uses the Enshadow and make sure to have Faith
Lightning ninjitsu hardly does damage to the last boss for me also
Did you cast the Doppelganger? Anyway the lightning is just to build stagger and ATB
